This is my worst Starbucks experience and from reading the reviews it doesn?t seem to be getting any better. The line is always... long, they need a new system because it always seems like 2 people are working and the rest are doing nothing. I ordered alatte and I realized that the girl was stacking the cups into each other so the last person that ordered last got their coffeefirst. They also forgot my sandwich on multiple days. I was there about 12:15pm today. I stood there for 3 minutes with 1 person at 3 of the registers. So 3 cashiers. They all... looked at me. No one called on me for 3 minutes. After someone finally called me, a lady, I ordered a Venti matcha green tealatte with oatmilk and they made it with regular milk. I have a dairy intolerance and didn't realize it Wasnt oatmilk and drankit and have been having excruciating stomach pain. The lady who waited on me was not friendly at all. Nor was the other girland male at the registers. Not a welcoming environment at all. Starbucks Inside the marriot. They also said I could not scan myrewards app and I had to ask 3 times for a receipt so I can submit for credit. Starbucks inside the Marriott! I'm astounded! 6 Aug 22. 9:26am chk 6055 Bad customer service. The showcase prices on the wrap said 4.95. and they charged me 6.25. I... complained and they said it was what the computer charged I toll them to talk with the manager and didn't want. I kept claimingand Shemlyn (191709) bulling me because I was claiming a dollar. During my convention the line was long but at least I got my coffee and it was delicious the wine could not be helped during... convention of over a 1000 people in one tiny place. Read more

Four employees working. One incredibly rude and difficult customer preoccupied all four crewmembers preventing anyone else from... getting a simple cup of coffee... And yes they had another perfectly good operating cash register to take orders from othercustomers that do what they wanted Most businesses would?ve asked customer to step aside while the others in line who knew whatthey wanted could place their order but instead two absurdly druggies all that shut this Starbucks down for five minutes whilethey argued and tried to decide what they wanted.
