This is a busy location so please prepare to wait if you have a mobile order. Better yet just order when you get inside to save... yourself from the wait (well kinda). Customer service is usually pretty decent but today was another story. Granted it wasn?tall the employees on shift today but COREY needs some serious training when it comes to customers. (11/9/22 at 9:15-9:45ishhAM) COREY is rude, obnoxious, and obviously hates his job. Although I did not speak to him directly, I witnessed and heard thecomments he spoke both to a customer (who had been waiting well over 45 mins) and to his coworkers/under his breath (not soquietly might I add). He snaps at customer who asked about a drink as he?d been waiting for a while. Makes a comment about ?arethese people blind?, ?these people get the stupidest drinks and wonder why they?re waiting?, and so many more rude & unnecessarycomments. It was extremely busy and I?m sure that can be frustrating but why take it out on others?? Especially when customersare simply inquiring about their drink after waiting for over half an hour. On another note, I wasn?t able to catch everyonesname but shout out to Nia for being kind despite the craziness. Honestly, this location may be better off disabling mobileorders on their busy days. If I could rate this store a -5 my experience was not pleasant at all. I came last Friday and I have to say the manager Kendall... needs to be fired as soon as possible. He makes such snide remarks and does not have great leader ship at all. Read more
whomever was running the register around 9:45 am this morning was incredibly rude? was texting the whole time and then proceeded... to yell at me when i couldn?t scan the barcode on my app perfectly the first time. greeted me with ?do you know what you want??in a less than welcoming tone. she didn?t have a name tag anywhere on her so i was not able to say something to another employeewhile i was there? I was in Atlanta for a teachers seminar and I stopped at this location nearly every morning. Everyone that worked there was... super polite and the place has an upbeat vibe. I like the hip hop music and how courteous everyone was. Keep up the good work! Read more

This starbucks is so huge! Good spot for studying with very good customer service. I like the wheelchair accessibility provided... for the higher level part. Overall, it is worth visiting this place. Read more
