The male worker here made me feel scared. They made my drink wrong, i asked him friendly whether he can change it. He heard... wrong and made a wrong one again. I tasted it and said there is still no vanilla. I said it in a very lighthearted way. But hebecame furious, he stared at me, stepped closer, and said "so what do u want" in an aggressive way. I was shocked and frightenedby his reactions .... It is another female worker tell him i indeed ask for the other drink and he makes the wrong one. He mademe feel so unsafe. This happens weeks ago. I see him making coffee again today, and he is still mean. If he hates his job,please dont express the anger towards random customer. Seeing his face makes me feel terrible. Read more

I found this the most Rude Starbucks! My spouse having surgery today.tried to as Yasmin question about products. Both women... acted like you didn't speak. I spent 25$ .I have traveled to many Starbucks across the USA. I wish I could give this place zero stars and a recommendation for new management. I came at night to this Starbucks location... and I was met with rude remarks from a lady with glasses over having my drink remade because I?m prediabetic. I know so manystudents who want a job and yet this rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional lady still has one. I want thisStarbucks management to look at how many awful reviews it has and to make some changes to their staff. I?ve worked customerservice my whole life and I?ve NEVER treated any person with the disrespect this lady gave me over a health condition. I feelembarrassed and violated. Read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Politely asking to have my coffee made correctly should not be met with snarky and rude... remarks. Totally ridiculous that especially this lady with glasses kept insisting on making comments after I kindly asked her toremake my drink. After seeing many other reviews on the rude staff I have no clue how she?s still working there. Whoever makesthe decisions here needs to make changes or else I don?t see why anyone would continue to come here. Read more

Honestly this is the worst Starbucks. I have had a bad experience every time I?ve been here. The staff are rude 80% of the time,... they under fill the drinks, have refused to scan my QR code for earning points, have randomly upcharged me for no reason, thelist goes on. I have only continued to go here because of the convenience to my workplace, but frankly after this most recentexperience of rude staff and again an under filled cup I?m over it. I've been coming to this particular location for years and always on Sundays in the morning. The experience has been really... poor and I feel compelled to write something about it. 1) The toilet was clogged in one restroom and lights were broken inanother. When my young boy needed to use the restroom, and I brought the issue to one of the associate, they simply said thelight is automatic and should work without sending anyone to check or to take care of it. Of course the little boy was afraidof dark, so I had to pack everything and walk him across to another building on campus. 2) Not all associate seem to know therule of free refill. She finally asked another person to confirm that is the case. But then asked to show Gold membership. With many things in my hands I finally managed to pull up my phone to show the Starbucks card on my phone membership, but ithappened to that I was using one of the gift card that I received that looks "Green". She spoke with a condescending voiceannouncing loudly in front of a long line of customer that I wasn't gold member and I cannot get refill. Finally I was able toshow that among multiple cards that there was indeed a "Gold Card". But when I tried to show the associates from my phone, shebrushed me off saying "we already gave you the coffee for free and no need to show it.". Gold member status isn't that big adeal to qualify, but their attitude and rudeness in treating the long term customer was the REAL BIG ISSUE here. 3) Quite a fewtimes they made mistake on my orders 4) They don't carry or run out some of the typical menu items that's available from otherstores 5) they don't take mobile orders and the lines are usually long Read more

Not the best Starbucks as far as Starbucks go. It's not a real Starbucks and doesn't have the same specials as other Starbucks.... Also pretty dirty the few times I've been in. Pretty heavily populated with students most of the time. Edit: came back 8/23 itwas cleaner and better running than the previous visit. Read more
