I visit this location during monthly business trips to ATL. It is located adjacent to the GT bookstore. They only accept... digital payments (no problem there). The only problem is that they are consistently out of popular products including hot andcold drinks and meal items. I recommend going down the street two blocks to the nearby Starbucks instead. updated - reallyappreciate corporate looking at my reviews. I suppose any frustration is one of how this particular store seems to do aconsistently poorer job of ordering and stocking items than the store 2 blocks down the street. I think it is important forcustomers to know what their chances are for an order to be successfully filled or not before dedicating their time and effortto ordering through the app or walking into the store. It's a very busy place, so long lines to order are not uncommon. However, there's usually a comfortable place to sit available.... They handle no cash, so customers need a credit card or gift card. You can enter from or exit to the GT Bookstore without goingoutside. Read more
Came in at 5:45 pm to get a frappuccino. The lady said that unfortunately at that time they don't make frappuccinos anymore.... What's the point of being open if they don't sell their main product (out of lazyness?)? The managers really need to get intotheir employees about selling all products until close time (6:00:00). Poor service. I asked for little cream in my coffee. I was served a coffee with a lot of cream which made my coffee cold. I... poured half of it in the trash can and asked one of the girls nicely to just add more coffee. She seemed to have an issue withthe coffee I poured in the trash can more so than serving me my coffee not to my order. Read more
The service and staff was alright, not like I'm used to from my usual Starbucks, but hey I can't say it was the worst I've had... from them before. The pastry selection is great and the coffee is of course what you come for. The cleanliness of the placecould be a lot better, they had debris everywhere when I came in. Read more
