I don't leave many (if any) reviews, but I have to shout out the amazing barista who whipped up a noncaffeinated drink for me on... the fly today. I ordered a caramel apple spice, but unfortunately they were out of apple juice today. Instead of telling me "toobad" and sending me away with a cup of water, Robin immediately offered to create a noncaffeinated drink for me. Robin concocteda delicious steamed coconut milk late for me with yummy toffee nut, caramel syrup, cinnamon, and more! It tasted like Christmas!Great customer service deserves recognition! Very friendly. With a football stadium nearby and busy street, off business hours and games makes this place a good hangout. ... You can charge phones without adapters here like newer busses. With three entrances and the venues' style makes it well lit,open spaced and visible. Surrounding greenery and indoor ventilation provides good air. Read more
The crew there is great. They're all friendly and go the extra mile to put a smile on your face. There is one batista in... particular, Christi (i think), who is hilarious, charming and always has the witty banter. She's awesome! Read more
Visited on November 14th at 3pm. Best customer service I?ve received at a Starbucks in a long time! The two employees were so... friendly. Wish I had gotten their names. Keep bringing that ole skool Starbucks warmth! Plus my drink was perfect. Read more
This Starbucks is fine, however I think that after about 25 visits here, it's the people in the area. They are somewhat rude and... only caring about themselves, and will push you aside to get ahead of you. You can usually tell this by the atmosphere when itis somewhat busy. Once there the manager watched how another guest treated me , and though I was not looking for anything, shegave me a gift card due to other rude people. Read more
Their machine went down at some point before or while I was there and thanks to the maintenance guy being there I was able to... fix my moped in the parking lot (with his tools) Potholes all down Piedmont drive broke my muffler's screw in half so I had torig my muffler to stay on again. (Zipties) Great coffee, plenty of chargers for laptops and phone chargers. Steady trafficcoming through, almost nonstop. Read more
Ordered ahead on the app, order took an extra 10 minutes. No big deal, it?s a busy shop. Get home with my drinks and the white... hot chocolate was a black coffee with cream. GREAT. Read more
