Their coffee is REALLY strong, maybe it?s fresher than others, I go to 3 Starbucks regularly- Glen Iris by the midtown Whole... Foods, Little Five or Church Street. They?re all good but I?ve never gotten a buzz except from this one at Colony Square Read more

This is such a great Starbucks location! I wish I took photos of the inside, but it is a great location/vibe for studying or a... coffee date. The location, service, and staff are great. 100% recommend this Starbucks location. Read more

Coffee itself is okay, just like any other Starbucks. Visited late in the afternoon (4-5pm) on a Sunday, so it wasnt really... busy, however, cashier/staff still took the wrong order (gave me chocolate mocha instead of latte macchiato). When I approachedthem in the counter, they knew that I was there but ignored me by trying to avoid eye contacts (i was the only person waiting inline so no way they could have missed me), so I waited and and waited, eventually had to actively say "excuse me" to them to getthem to talk to me. They did give me a new drink and offered to give me the one that was already made, which I refused. Overall,coffee was fine but customer service could certainly use some improvements. Read more
