Bitterly rude. When I walked up to the register I was given no greeting, just automatically told ? we?re not taking orders at... the register you have to order on you app?. No eye contact, nothing. I needed some help ordering on the app and all I got was astare and ?oh well that?s the only way you can order?. Last time going to that Starbucks. I actually went upstairs to thehospital cafeteria to encourage those hospitality reps to apply at Starbucks Grady as they are better representatives. I didn?teven want to address the FLIES FLYING around in the food case, which are so obvious. Disgusting. Read more

This location makes Starbucks look bad!! The baristas/cashiers are rude?except for the young man who works at night. My main... issue is that I?ve complained to corporate once already because their operating hours state they are open 24 HOURS. Onlinemobile ordering is available 24 hours. But as of recent they have been shutting down in the middle of the night. There nosignage indicative of this. MIND YOU most of us are healthcare personnel who order ahead so we don?t have to be away from thebedside too long. This is the second time I?ve placed an order and when I go to pick it up, am told they are closed and thenthen don?t even try to offer you a refund or credit. The first time I reached out to corporate and they gave me a $25 credit. Loand behold, I place another order and again didn?t receive my ORDER! What?s going on?! And one of the baristas had the nerve tocatch an attitude when I asked about the refund process. Definitely gives Starbucks a bad rep. I?ll be reaching out to corporateYET again for a refund! Shhhh, don't tell my wife. I bought one of these Foo Foo frappes. I love all places but this one I will gladly drive to visit.... You'll see why. They treat you as if you were their only or most important customer. Read more

I ordered ahead because I didn?t want to have to wait too long. Ended up spending an additional 20 minutes waiting. They had run... out of what I ordered, but no one took the time to update the website to reflect that. I wanted a refund but no one could helpwith that either, so I switched for something else. I ended up with something I did not initially want, sold to me at a higherprice than it actually costs. Unacceptable, Starbucks. Especially at a location as fast-paced as Grady Memorial. I will not begoing back to that location. Read more

This location is a the worse, honestly they do NOT deserve a ??. This coffee cake was hard and stale. Store manager told me... that she would go out of business if she remade drinks or replace pantries. Of course, I reached out to corporate & theyassisted me, it?s just a waste of time for all parties. I hope Starbucks come and train these imposters. Read more
