This location makes Starbucks look bad!! The baristas/cashiers are rude?except for the young man who works at night. My main... issue is that I?ve complained to corporate once already because their operating hours state they are open 24 HOURS. Onlinemobile ordering is available 24 hours. But as of recent they have been shutting down in the middle of the night. There nosignage indicative of this. MIND YOU most of us are healthcare personnel who order ahead so we don?t have to be away from thebedside too long. This is the second time I?ve placed an order and when I go to pick it up, am told they are closed and thenthen don?t even try to offer you a refund or credit. The first time I reached out to corporate and they gave me a $25 credit. Loand behold, I place another order and again didn?t receive my ORDER! What?s going on?! And one of the baristas had the nerve tocatch an attitude when I asked about the refund process. Definitely gives Starbucks a bad rep. I?ll be reaching out to corporateYET again for a refund! Bitterly rude. When I walked up to the register I was given no greeting, just automatically told ? we?re not taking orders at... the register you have to order on you app?. No eye contact, nothing. I actually went upstairs to thehospital cafeteria to encourage those hospitality reps to apply at Starbucks Grady as they are better representatives.
