The customer service at this location is worth nothing here. They should get deductions on pay for every single invidual that... purchases something here or not get paid at all. I went in there for a ?? and also asked for 3 water, for my children who do notdrink coffee, and I received eyebrows from employees talking of my actions as if it were illegal to do so, and they had thearrogance to make a comment loud enough for me to hear but in the background, "Who comes in to Starbucks asking for water?" Ionly come to this location (Lennox Square) when I am in the area but never at any Starbucks, except this one have I acceptedsuch unpleasant service. Absolute rubbish - mango lemon and dragon fruit drink didn?t look the same colour- an excuse was made up and most of the drink... was ice and an insistence on tip selected this is the worst I have seen totally. Read more
Service is absolutely horrible. It says they open at 9 but they just help you if they want to and they say they dont have enough... people there to serve you while 6 employees are in that tiny space. I was told I could order in 10 minutes so I waited and cameback and they told me they aren't open. Read more
I usually have a great experience at this starbucks, despite how long it takes for them to make orders. They have a member of... their staff named Macy, a lighter skinned small framed female. Don?t even bother ordering while she?s there, she rude and shouldretire from customer service with that horrible nasty attitude. I politely asked her for a lid after I ordered 3 drinks and acup of water. Mind you, I work in this mall and spend money there all the time. To make this brief she spoke to me in such arude manner, like I was her child, I kindly grabbed my things and returned to work. But here I am at 4:21am writing this review.She is the reason why people act out of character towards customer service workers. I will never spend another dime here. I willwait until the Starbucks opens in the middle of the mall & I will be sure to tell everyone I know about her disgusting attitude.Her manager needs to have a serious talk with her because she?s a liability. When my son CJ Madden is home from playing Football at UGA we always hang out in Buckhead shopping and you KNOW we have to get... our Starbucks, don't like that they can't reload you Starbucks card, It's always packed at this location and they seem short ofstaff all the time BUT they are always nice. This is one of the best Starbucks ever! The drinks are always great. Nice crew. I come here all the time, I?m a bit shocked at... some of the reviews. It?s a licensed Starbucks, so of course they can?t give anything free with your points but you can stilluse your app & get points! Read more
