I don?t usually review Starbucks, and I don?t ever really have issues at their stores. I saw the multiple negative reviews and... thought I?d make a comment. Very normal Starbucks experience. Was greeted when I walked through the door, waited maybe a coupleminutes for my drink, and the lady that helped me was very nice. I?v been to this Starbucks a few mornings and never had as bad as an experience as I did this morning.. I ordered my drinks,... waited about 15 mins for one drink, just for the person who ordered after me to get drinks and food before I got my first drink.When I got my first drink , they didn?t even know that I had a second drink , they were confused. After I?d finally tasted mydrink it was made wrong (asked for an EXTRA pump of white mocha, only got ONE pump total) then when I told Maurice, he had anattitude as if it was my fault they got my order wrong, telling me the order said only one pump, but the lady at the frontdidn?t take my order correctly as she attempted to actively make drinks while taking my order.. I don?t know if the light skin dude with curly hair is a manager but his rudeness to his counterparts is cringe and... unprofessional. This Starbucks will take 20 minutes to make a drink and they won?t let anyone sit down inside despite the fact that nobody... inside is wearing a mask. What?s the point of a coffee shop that can?t make a drinking quickly but also won?t give you a placeto sit. The chairs and tables all being tied up have absolutely nothing to do with covid. I?ve been to this location a few times and while I can?t say the service has been excellent, it has been adequate. Today though,... I had a bad experience. I work around the corner as a chiropractor and our water is off for repairs. I asked a young man who wasworking if I could use the facilities after explaining my situation. He was polite and gave me the code for the restroom. Thebathroom wasn?t pristine, but it was good enough as my options were limited. I was unaware of a possible time limit for restroomusage because there was loud knocking at the door and I replied that it was occupied. It happened several times and thereweren?t any customers in the lobby at the time. And there were two restrooms available? When I came out I was glared at asthough I had did something wrong, I thanked the young man and went back to work. It?s a shame that working people don?t evenhave empathy for other working folks. This Starbucks is OK. The place is small. Few tables. A great thing is that where us located always you will find parking... because is located in a spacious mall with a big parking lot. You will have the option of drinking in real mugs that areamazing! The planet will be so thankful if you use real lovely ceramic mugs! Read more
