Kohema and her staff are the reason I stop at this location instead of the store just up the road! I was visiting from out of... town for 4 weeks, and she had my regular order memorized after just a few visits. Even starting my order as they saw me walk upa couple different visits! The staff has always been kind and helpful, and this location has a specific bakery item that noother locations nearby have. Read more

Rude staff! Updated to 1* How can you "accidentally" mark a cup with a wrong label and not honor the price match? It's an... employee error but not the customer! Updated to 0* Rude employees. These guys must be trained from scratch on how to treat acustomer and how to make a better coffee. This is probably the only location where most of the staff is either lazy or hasattitude issues. Definitely avoid this place if you have a good impression on Starbucks and check other reviews which say thesame thing. Read more

The person working there needs to be trained to listen to customers. This is the second time I?ve gone there and she messed up... my food or drink. Today, my drink tastes like complete milk and sugar. I literally couldn?t stomach it and wasted money and hadto go to work hungry because she made my food wrong.
