I stood there for 15 min and i finally asked a guy standing there doing bakery and i asked him twice if there was anyone who... could wait on us and he just looked at me with no response. the manager came out and waited in 2 ladies in front of me andthen waited on me. I let her know that nobody acknowledged that we were there, and she said that they were busy and shortstaffed. I told her that I understood but someone could have said something to us. There was 6 people that I could see thereincluding the manager who went to the back and hid out. Not helping her staff. Never will come back again. Worst experienceever!!! Read more
Terrible. I have came here the past two Sundays before my shift. All I order is a bacon egg and Gouda. I walk in because the... drive through is always super long. It has taken over 15 min to get my sandwich to me every single time. Meanwhile all the to goorders are lined up ready to go and other patrons inside are waiting long times to receive their orders on the inside. Awful. Iwon?t be back. Read more
I?ve been going to this SB since it opened a few years ago. This past month it?s gone downhill. I?ve placed my order through the... Starbucks app, in person, drive through, in they store, and every combination. No matter how place my order, the wait is no lessthan 20 minutes. Today I placed my order through their app. It said my order would be ready at noon. I was in line at the drivethrough at 11:55. I finally received my order at the window by 12:35. I received an uber eats order and the restaurant didn't make a courtesy call to tell me they were out the product. I also... received my order, my drinks weren't packaged correctly at all. Didn't have the drink cover up, no straws, my drink holder wasbroken. I'm very disappointed. I have never had an issue from any starbucks. To make matters worse, the gentlemen I talked toacted like he didn't even care. I didn't hear an apology not once. I will never order from here again. I understand being busybut I've worked in fast food. Take your time with a customers order. That's #1 in customer service. A complete disappointment. Read more
Customer beware, count your change, they are deliberately keeping your change and giving you back less than what you?re supposed... to get. Just had this happen to me and the girl was nice enough to say oh I?m sorry it?s been a long day when I saw her take .50from a separate bag labeled tips and return it to me. Crazy thing is I was going to give her all my change as a tip. Shameful. Read more
