I stood there for 15 min and i finally asked a guy standing there doing bakery and i asked him twice if there was anyone who... could wait on us and he just looked at me with no response. the manager came out and waited in 2 ladies in front of me andthen waited on me. I let her know that nobody acknowledged that we were there, and she said that they were busy and shortstaffed. I told her that I understood but someone could have said something to us. Terrible. I have came here the past two Sundays before my shift. All I order is a bacon egg and Gouda. I walk in because the... drive through is always super long. It has taken over 15 min to get my sandwich to me every single time. I?ve been going to this SB since it opened a few years ago. This past month it?s gone downhill. I?ve placed my order through the... Starbucks app, in person, drive through, in they store, and every combination. No matter how place my order, the wait is no lessthan 20 minutes. Today I placed my order through their app. It said my order would be ready at noon. I was in line at the drivethrough at 11:55. I finally received my order at the window by 12:35.
