I would have given it 5. The drinks are ALWAYS made correctly and taste just like I like them/had in mind. BUT they are not the... nicest. Not too friendly, but efficient. I honesyly care the most about my drink being excellent. I will keep making the tripthere! Read more

I?ve worked in customer service before and I must say the experience I had here was the absolute worst experience in an... establishment.The rude non evolved young ladies in here are an embarrassment. I was looked over and ignored for reasons thatare unknown to me because I treated each employee I encountered with the upmost respect. Unfortunately I received the completeopposite in return. I was offered a free beverage from one employee that noticed the mistreatment and total disregard I wasexperiencing. I will never give this Starbucks my money time or energy ever again. This was the worst I will drive the extramiles to get great coffee AND great service. If only 0 stars was an option. Read more

Not the best Starbucks - no cold case or hot items on display but they do claim to have all of them. I have no complaints about... the service, my order comes up quickly no matter what time of day I'm there. They have parking lots pickup spots as well andthere sees to be ample space. The interior would be a nice place to work or spend time. Read more

Yay that its 24 hours but a star lost because the seating/aesthetic is not intimate at all and only 2 outlets. Feels congested... inside even when I'm one of only two people in there. Music a bit loud Read more

Very long drive-thru line today. Pumpkin loaf was not given to me with coffee. When they finally gave it to me, it wasn't warm.... You can see the label states warmed. I didn't bother, just drove off. Anyway both were delicious. Read more

WORST STARBUCKS EVER! Went yesterday for a refresher. It was perfect. Went today for SAME refresher and it was not even... edible. Baristas were extremely rude when explaining their "NEW NO ICE POLICY" which according to them was placed 2-3 weeks -and the proceeded to give me a half empty cup. Granted, I had been to SAME starbucks and ordered the SAME drink with a verydifferent result. Completely disappointed with level of inconsistency and how rude the baristas are. DO NOT GO HERE! Service was the issue here. I don't normally go to this particular location (Lavista and N Druid Hills) and probably won't go... back. Drinks just as good as any other coffee house but the girl who took my order was bickering with another employee whileringing up my order and after scanning my gift card just walked away. Wasn't sure if she got my oder or not. Apparently it wastime for her shift to end as she walked out the front door saying goodbye to coworkers minutes after taking my order. It wasall just a little unprofessional and didn't sit well with me. Read more

My experience was not good. Bought a white chocolate mocha latte or so I thought but when I arrived to work and opened my paper... holiday cup to pour my drink into my new plastic holiday cup, I realized that the weird sediment I was tasting was actuallydragonfruit from a cup they previously mixed a dragonfruit refresher in and recycled it for my drink. I understand about thesupply chain management issues but they could have at least rinsed the cup more thoroughly before putting my drink in it.There's no viable excuse for that kind of nonsense! What if I was allergic to the refresher ingredients? I'm deeply disappointedbecause this location it was my favorite Starbuck's to visit after a hard day at the hospital but now I've lost faith in them.On top of that they have some new barista there that is completely rude and lifeless when she takes your order so you can bet itwill be completely messed up when you receive it. My orders have been completely wrong 2 more times so I'm no longer going tovisit that location. Read more
