I had a lovely visit at this particular Starbucks today, great little spot for lunch I love the egg bites they ate spectacular... and so yummy. The staff was friendly and warm and very polite they provided excellent customer service in both the restaurantand the drive thru and I certainly recommend it for coffee dates or wherever, whenever, meetings, interviews or anything ofthat nature that you have going on stop in and get you a latte! This morning I ordered a drink at the drive thru. At the window I asked if they had pumpkin loaf and I added it to my order... while they were still making my drink. One of the 4 people that were standing there says ?did she order it at the window? Realnice? in a completely rude and sarcastic tone. There was only 1 customer inside and no other cars behind me. It's hard to enjoy a drink here when they don't get the order right and when there are homeless people inside and outside of the... building. Please Improve and please add a Recycling Bin inside the store. Stop allowing dangerous homeless people in yourbusiness. Read more
I usually use the drive through when I am in this area. This time, I ordered ahead of time and walked in. The store looks dirty,... almost nothing in the displays, very neglected, loud music blaring - not the kind usually used for ?coffee houses?. Nobodygreeted me, there were three employees who chatted and had laughs but nobody worked. I waited for more than 10 min in the store( altogether 20 min since ordering) for 3 drinks. Good quick spot for a coffee and some confectioners, the also have a few breakfast/ brunch items. Drive thru raps around the... front of the building to the receiving window. Attentive staff with good attitudes. Read more
I've been in here several times now. The manager, Morgan works very hard too accomodate the customers and maintain the level of... service needed to operate this business. Drew was polite and courteous when I came by this evening. They stay open till 11:00 or12:00 AM, later than most of the other coffee shops in town. The customers are laid back and very friendly. Just left after ordering at drive thru, pull around and am told I didn?t place an order! Had to tell employee 3 times what I... originally ordered and was told young lady didn?t put order in for me. Young ladies(3 of them) too busy socializing to get ordercorrect. Will never use this location again. Read more
