I walked up to get coffee and they have no way to serve a walker. You must sit in your gas guzzling car to get a coffee.
The timing on Google is incorrect. Google says they close at 9 and they actually closed at 8 today (its a friday). My issue and... low rating actually come in because the building is made out of glass and the employee working inside ignored us when we droveup to the drive through (we were still under the impression they were open and assumed maybe the drive through wasn't workingbecause the decent thing to do at 8:10 is to at least come on and tell us you've just closed) so we parked and I got out to goinside (mind you it's almost 100 degrees outside) and the woman looks at me through the glass but makes no move to save me thewalk to the other side of the building (a simple head shake would have sufficed). Maybe she had a rough day or something, butjust wanted to give anybody else looking to go here a heads up to check the app first for the correct timing because Google iswrong and the employees seem to have to interest in giving any heads up. This was my most HORRIBLE Starbucks experience yet. The drive thru experience itself was fine, they were nice as always. However... I get to my office, sit at my desk, and prepare to take the first sip of my caramel macchiato and it spills all over me. HOT,STICKY COFFEE!!!!!!! As I examine the lid it?s clear that this cup shouldn?t have been given out to any customer. It?s all bentup. The lid doesn?t fit properly or even stay on through a small sip! Please beware!!!! Staff is ill-informed or not forthcoming with information about their drinks made! I had an allergic reaction... to a drink assumed to be dairy free as Matcha is made with powder and water? even informed the associate I?d never had the drinkbefore. I asked for oatmilk, as usual. It took two blocks for my throat to start swelling and my body immediately alerting meI?m having an allergic reaction. Not the best experience! I returned to be refunded after securing benadryl to help me make ithome to recover.
