Coffee is good most of the time! On rare occasion, not so good! It really depends on who the barista is for that day. It's the... closest coffee shop to my house (aside from Starbucks), & I always enjoy going! Last time I went, the hot americano waslukewarm, so i'm not sure what happened! I go here pretty often. I?m a big fan of the shake shake with oat or nut milk. They?re on the higher end with prices but I know... this is because they actually take great care of their employees, so this is something I can get behind. Furthermore, theircoffee is WORTH it. I just went yesterday morning to meet a friend and tried some toast for the first time. I got the nut butterand fruit toast. I do not know what kind of voodoo is involved in creating this masterpiece, but I can?t wait to go back. Theysay there?s nutmeg on top but I?m confident it?s magic dust. The toast itself is amazing in thickness, texture, and taste, thenthey add cashew butter and perfectly sliced fruit (apples this time) and drizzle it with honey and sprinkle it with nutmeg. I love that they have nut milk here! I tried their macadamia nut milk in an ice coffee latte. Its very creamy so I recommend it.... We had the avocado toast and the nutter with honey. Avocado toast is very savory and on top of thick toast. Read more

Wow i love the coffee here!! I always have black coffee without any creamer or sugar and their coffee has a sour but also a note... of deep roast that comes after. The atmosphere of the cafe is so chic and cute, and the workers are friendly. Most seats insidewere full with people working on their laptops so my family sat outside (thankfully the weather wasn?t good too bad) The coffeetaste lingers in your mouth for awhile in a good way. The coffee is good ? I?ve been many times. However, I am extremely put-off by the experience I had today. I got a coffee to stay... and I got a table. Unfortunately, the table did not have an outlet close by. There was a table near an outlet that had beenempty for a while, except for a mug and a pen and so I asked the staff member working the front if anyone was using that table.The staff member said that their manager was sitting there, but he would ask if he could clear the table for me. The managersaid ?no.? I think that?s really odd that a manager would take up a table when there are very few tables for paying customers.The manager wasn?t even sitting there for over 10 minutes. This medium-sized coffee shop is a good spot to catch up with friends and get some fresh air. Things you should know: I.... LOCATION Within the Toco Hills Shopping Center, at the corner. There's a free private parking lot out front. II. SERVICE The manwho took my order was informative. There's less menu options, here, compared to most other shops I've been to, but it's allpreference. III. QUALITY Good, rich and dense flavor IV. First the breakfast and coffee from Spiller Park Coffee is downright amazing and delicious. I have been to the PCM location many... times but boy this was fabulous. Must haves the Cola Cocktail is something otherworldly. Any of the coffees or drinks areawesome. Now the toasts and you must add a fried egg on top. The jam lil moo with egg .. or avocado toast with egg any of thetoasts knock your socks off. And the portions are just right. This is better than gorging at a pancake house. Customer serviceoutstanding. This location in the newly updated (new restaurants and more) Toco Hills Plaza is worth the drive from midtown oranywhere. Check out the entire area. Outstanding!!
