Terrible Sonic experience. It was 9:15pm on a Saturday and we left without food after roughly 30 minutes of waiting. We pulled... up to a stall and was immediately notified they were not brining food out and only the drive thru was open. We entered the lineof approximately 9 cars. Waited 20 minutes. We finally made it to the speaker where the employee cut us off two times to tell usour total before we could finish ordering. He then apparently just gave up mid order and ignored us at the speaker. We gave it10 minutes as we patiently waited for him to acknowledge us as we periodically asked if he was still there. Other cars began tohonk and we left the line after the employee seemed to just give up on taking our order and disappeared while midorder. Terrible experience. This Sonic will likely lose business as this behavior continues at this location. After seeing theother reviews it is good to know this wasn't just a one off experience and is an actual negative trend for this location.Goodluck to the owner trying to fix these issues. Told us they were not taking stall orders and only drive thru. Then we got in the drive thru, waited 30 mins and they said they... are only taking delivery orders. At 8:30pm when the location closes at 11pm. Another time they told us they were closed at 9pmbut their hours aay they are open until 11pm. Hours online said they closed at 11pm. I arrived at 9pm and saw 3 cars in line ahead of me in the drive thru. The employee... told me they were closed. Please update hours if this is accurate. I think it was maybe the time of day or what. It was near closing on Thursday night we were headed to catch the 9:30 movie and... stopped her for a snack to take to the drive thru. We got there in enough time but for some reason the service was very slow. Wewere not told a reason or apologized to for the long wait. One customer who ordered online was told they couldn't get theirmoney back because a lot of people were leaving. They needed something other than children in the store. Very rude and seem tonot care about customer service at all. Lucky to say I want be going back here again. Read more
Would give them less than one stars if I could. I have been coming here since they opened. Customer service was good for the... first 6 months or so. But recently you service has been poor. Good luck getting your food within 30 mins. Ordering ahead on theapp doesn't mean you get your food any quicker. Don't bother ordering ahead an checking in at the stall because they won't bringthe food to the stalls. Sometimes they let you sit there only to tell you the menu items are not available. Horrible service allaround. Not worth it for the food. Read more
Edit: tried to give them another chance and they said they were close at 6:00pm on a weekday. I would be one thing if they... explain due to being short on staff or items but no.
