I arrived to store on Nov 25, 22 at approximately 8:52 hrs and saw 3 female employees standing with their arms folded. 1 black... female wearing glasses who refused to give her name said "were closed" I then stated but the door is stil opened and the doorsays 9p and it's 8:52. The same female looked at "Beth" who was said to be the shift leader whoi mmediately walked to the backinstead of store in stead of taking on the leadership role and address my concern. I requested the name of the store managerhowever all 3 women refused my request. The black unnamed female with glasses said they were unable to make my order bcuz theregister needed to be counted out prior to leaving. I informed her I have the smoothie king app and was planning paying throughthe app. I was still denied service. Finally Beth came from the back of store and offered no assistance and stood by her staffsdecision to not make me a smoothie. I departed the store and sat in my car to write this complaint and I witness a man whoentered the store AFTER me depart with 40oz smoothie which he claimed was an online order. At approx 9:12p I witnessed thefemale with glasses walk out the back door with approximately 3-4 smoothies in which she took to a black sedan. This type ofbehavior toward the public is unacceptable on all levels and I will be forwarding this complaint to yelp as well. Lastlysmoothie king just lost my loyalty and business going forward . They lost my app order for my two smoothies. When they were finally made, they gave me the regular strawberries instead of the... sugar-free variety. To make matters worse, the people working were very rude to me and essentially accused me of trying to geta second smoothie for free by asking for my receipt twice. I submitted a complaint via their solicited emails and got a cannedresponse from a customer service, who said they would forward the complaint to the store. Over a month later and I have stillnot heard anything. I refuse to go back to a place that does not want to correct their mistakes when they were clearly in thewrong. Sad because prior to this I never had any issues, but I am completely done with Smoothie King until I get an apology. Dobetter! Read more

I think a non chain smoothie place would be a better investment. Although the menu claims to use real ingredients, smoothies... still taste artificial. I have a dairy allergy and made sure to check the smoothie i ordered was dairy free. I was told it wasthat it only had protein in it. After googling the menu there was dairy and i ended up having an allergic reaction. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would! When did this location become so ghetto and unprofessional! These unprofessional lil girls... in this store do not know what they are doing! Kayla and the other associate didn't get her name, but very unprofessional, rude,and distracted by things that are not important. Smoothie King will never have more than 2 maybe 3 associated at a time. Kaylawas constantly telling customers they cannot order and flirting with a young man that was loitering in and out of the store! Theother associate was talking smack to frustrated customers, along with constantly leaving while the line was extremely long andgossiping about the Manager Latoya! She should be here! along with other things that should not have been said in front ofcustomers! I waited an Hour for a mango kale smoothie, which she finally gave to another customer. The customer asked, does thishave whey? she resounded yes, but it was originally for me, and I didn't order whey! Then continued to have a nasty attitude andcomplain about customers! I then tell Kayla to give me a refund, it took an additional 20 mins after being ignored and more badattitude! Being backed up and having long lines does not have anything to do with professionalism. This store is always busy,and I have never experienced what I experienced today! If you do not like your job, get another one! Waiting an hour for asmoothie and dealing with unprofessionalism, bad attitudes is unacceptable. Also, a dead cockroach was in front of the cashregister! Ridiculous! I have been coming here, since Edgewood Plaza opened, I have never dealt what I did today on 07/17/2022.Please get better associates in this store! These 2 little girls are bringing the store down! I love seeing black women killing it, communication is key and these two women nailed it. They didn't miss a beat, respectful,... patient, and kind. This is my first visit and I will definitely be back simply because these young ladies were handlingeverything that came their way. Read more

The smoothies are great! My only issue would be that the service is a bit slow, but I know it's slow because they are constantly... busy. They are doing great! Read more

Customer Service..... I ordered a 32oz Caribbean Way and a Lil Angel Smoothie. Everything was good until it came to my smoothie,... there was another lady who also ordered a Caribbean Way but 20oz. They called out Caribbean Way but no size I assumed it wasmine but it was actually hers as I was walking out the door they call out 32oz Caribbean Way I said wait I had a 32oz not a 20oz. Here's where the Customer Service comes in it's obvious that the young lady would like the smoothie remade but instead ofdoing so they just question her and say well if it's not open and no one drunk out of it it's nothing wrong. The young lady justtook it an left. No one apologized or showed any type of empathy, just a lack of customer service and no concern. Off of thisalone I won't return. Read more

This location has went down tremendously. I have used this location for almost 2 years?.the last few months my experience has... been horrible. This is the 3rd time within the last couple of months that my order has been made incorrectly?.this time, I tookone sip of the smoothie and it was disgusting. My smoothie was made incorrectly, and I just wanted my money back?because I madeup my mind that I will never use this location again. I was told that I couldn?t get a refund, because there was not a manageron duty. I asked who the manager was, and was told ?Latoya Cook?. I ended up leaving the badly made smoothie and my moneythere. I was left with no smoothie and no refund. This was a horrific experience. I will be sharing this with the district andregional managers. I will never patronize this establishment again. Read more
