Reviews for Six Feet Under Pub & Fish House - Grant Park in Atlanta, GA
First time visiting this establishment and it definitely won?t be my last! I arrived with an empty stomach and left with a full... stomach! Everything was fresh and tasty at the same time. The atmosphere was very chill and laid back. If you ever get a chanceto visit, sit outside where you can eat good food and enjoy the view! I highly recommend! Read more
Loretta our server was great and super honest about the menu and she was very helpful. The food was good not as good as I would... expect for the price but definitely good. The drinks were good as well. The food is fried to perfection though nothing was overcooked. Honestly just a little over priced for what it is but definitely good. Read more
A classic Atlanta hotspot. Solid pub style food with a cool rooftop. Started off with the conch fritters and Moved on to the... fish and chips. Tom went with the shrimp and scallops, tangy with lemon baked very nicely not to heavy on the oil. Yummy!!! Read more
I was slightly apprehensive about visiting 6 feet under, only due to a concern that it would be gimmicky with less than stellar... food. However, I found my visit to be absolutely perfect. My server Debbie was incredibly efficient and super sweet withoutbeing overbearing. I only stopped in for a quick lunch, and I still can't believe how fast they were with everything. I orderedthe appetizer buffalo shrimp and a bourbon lemonade. I highly recommend both. I'm excited to come back and try so much more ofthis elevated, but non-pretentious pub seafood. Read more
Six feet under is located directly across from the Atlanta public cemetery, so that's where the name comes from. The atmosphere... was really good, except they had their air conditioner brake. The waitress was amazing and did an excellent job. The food wasreally good and had a lot of clever names. Based on other reviews, I was aware of the tipping situation, where if your entireparty spends $100 then the tip is automatically added. So be careful when you go there, but it is clearly indicated on the menuwhat this policy is. The place is meant more for adults, but they do allow children. The atmosphere is full of beer, partiallynaked women, and even Johnny Cash flipping you off in a picture on the ceiling. Read more
Amazing atmosphere! Super fun pub across from the cemetery which gives it that creepy cool vibe. Food is excellent. The... blackened catfish is superb. I have ordered blackened catfish from a multitude of restaurants and always ask for tartar sauce asa dip, but this catfish was so well flavored that it was perfect as ordered. The fried Okra is exceptional. Great flavor andwonderfully battered. There is a full bar but the ATL old fashioned is a perfect addition to any meal. I also had the cemeterysour which was delicious. Several desserts to choose from. The bread pudding is not too sweet and not as soggy as most puddingsare, it's a must try. Read more
Absolutely enjoyed Six Feet Under. To start, we shared the calamari, fried oysters, quesadillas, conch fritters, and oyster... Rockefeller. We also ordered a fried platter (with oysters, shrimp, cod, hushpuppies, and chips.), spicy buffalo chickensandwich, onion rings, and collard greens. Of course, I had to get drinks as well. We split a pitcher of the "Killer" Housemargarita, a glass of chardonnay, and a peach margarita. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server was extremelyattentive. I truly enjoy visiting new spots but I absolutely can't wait to go back. Read more
