So incredibly impressed by the customer service at the Cumberland location. They initially forgot a large part of my order... through Uber Eats, but when I called the store directly they immediately apologized and had THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE drive theremainder of the order to the office within minutes. The pulled chopped chicken tasted processed. It didn't have that smoked grill taste or texture. The mac cheese wasn't that great... neither. I've been to other Shane's that were on point. Didn't enjoy my experience. Read more
I am a regular customer at Shane?s on Annistown Rd in Snellville. I love love love their ribs. Today I bought a full rack with... a side of sweet potato fries and a side salad. Attached is what I received for a salad. Even in this terrible economic I wasnot expecting this for a side with a meal that cost almost 30 bucks. Extremely disappointed ????. Read more
The customer service at this place is above excellent!!!! Not only did Brooke greet me with a friendly face but she answered all... of my a million questions!?.. She was extremely patient, very inviting, and kinda funny. I had a small issue with my food n itwas handled immediately!! Like all Shane's, this place is really good. It's a BBQ joint so it has to be placed in a certain category. But even then the... food is great, the location is clean with a nice atmosphere. Portions are plentiful and the daily specials are affordable. Lots of options on the menu. Read more
This was the nastiest pulled chicken I ever had! Fries were dark in color as if the oil was dirty and also cold! The chicken... tasted uncooked and unseasoned.
