Kiddo enjoyed the holiday special Christmas cookie milkshake! Fries were cold after waiting on cheese sauce.
Ordered with grubhub and they barely put sauce on the burger itself as you can see in the photo. I added a side of shack sauce... that wasn?t included. I also got the hot ones fries that is supposed to come with a side of the spicy shack sauce and it saucewas missing. So overall i was missing two sauces and the burger was dry as hell with the sorry amount they did add. For howexpensive the food is you think they could at the very least read a receipt but no. Waited 20 minutes for food when there were only like 7 people waiting. The guy spent a decent amount of time on every order... identifying which burger belonged to which order. If you don?t keep asking them prepare for not getting your food. Read more
