Never disappointed with Shake Shack- anytime I get B Gates I know where I?m heading !
After I ordered I stood waiting for at least 20 minutes while everyone else who ordered before and after me got their burgers. I... only ordered a shack burger with pickles, nothing crazy. I asked the lady at the window if my food was coming and they said yes,but I eventually had to leave to board my flight. Now I'm hungry and out $9. There's no way my order was more complicated thanthe other orders around me, I got one burger and no drink. Also, there was some large beverage spilled right in front of thepickup window that they definitly knew about and nobody made any effort to pickup I'm very disappointed. Read more
The gentleman working the counter was exceptionally kind and efficient. He got through over a dozen orders in under 3 minutes... while consistently providing great customer service. Best airport fast food experience I've had. Read more
The burger was good, but the employees carried out a conversation amongst themselves about who was going to wash the dishes. The... only words spoken to me the entire visit were ?Can I help you?. Why am I the one saying ?how are you, please, and thank you?? Ifeel like it should be the other way around as a customer. Since when does a shake shack not offer shakes, custard, or any ice cream?!? After standing in line and to be told that you... didn?t have shakes or custard? very disappointing. Also when did shake shack stop thanking their customers for their business.Given the large numbers of places selling burgers I would have expected some customer appreciation. Also noted that your staffshut down right after I ordered. At 2:15 PM??? Why would you shut when other people wanted to order???? Two stars for the goodtasting burger and 50-50. Was surprised to see a shake shack here in Hartsfield, it probably won?t be long until it?ll be as ubiquitous as McDs. Food was... great, they probably don?t have the full menu but the selections are still good. I got the ShackBurger and it was as expected.Service is fast and folks were friendly. Read more
I was in a hurry between connecting flights. Purchased a double smoke shack, only received one patty. Asked for lite ice, cup... was filled with ice. Fries were cold. Only positive was my daughters milkshake. Read more
