Our server Elisiyo, I think I spelt it wrong. He was amazing. We loved how he took care of us as far as explaining what the dish... was about and taking pictures of the group. This place has excellent homemade pasta! I almost gave it five stars just because of the pasta. The ambience is also well done:... clean lines, modern, not too ostentatious. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I especially like the grilled octopus.It's probably the best grilled octopus I've had in Atlanta so far. It's also one of the best places for fresh pasta in Atlanta.The server was honest in that he advised is not to order one of the appetizers that he thought was not great. Kudos to him. IfI could get this four and a half stars I would. What keeps me from giving this place five stars is that the wine selection isoverpriced for the quality of bottles you get and my New York strip was mediocre. They didn't have any gluten-free dessert orbread. Also, the tables are pretty close together so privacy is a bit lacking if you're on a date. Overall, I would come backhere for the pasta and the octopus.. I think it's the best restaurant in colony square. Please note that in my assessment I amgrading on a full 5-star scale and do so with an implicit price-value curve. I am aware that many others on social media maygrade on a 3-point (4 being an average score) or 2-point scale (4 being a poor score), but the fact remains that Google givesus a 5-point scale. The Atmosphere was beautiful but the food was lackluster. We went during lunch and a restaurant was not busy. We ordered our... meals thinking would get a decent size portion but two of the orders of ravioli or cold. When we asked to send it back they didnot warm it up. They brought out the same cold plate. I really enjoyed the food here, and that was during the opening week so I assume it's only gone up from there. The octopus was... exceptional, and they had a great selection of wines with attentive and helpful servers. The prices were a bit on the high sidecompared to other comparable restaurants in Atlanta, but otherwise no complaints. Read more
Went in for a Birthday celebration. The staff was non·chalant and no staff member wished Happy Birthday or offer a dessert with... a candle at end of the dinner. Service at the bar was Luke warm. The server at the table was great even thou there was noBirthday greeting or an offer for a cake piece. The Birthday boy was NOT happy. Surely not a place to celebrate abirthday. The food was great and the atmosphere and interior has been done tastefully. We ordered quite a few dishes to trythem out. The lobster was cut up with gravy and onions. Not my favorite. The server or the person at the entrance did not askfor validation ticket. We had to come back and the door was locked but we knocked our way to it. (It?s not a fast food and weexpect a reminder). It?s a beautiful place but the waiting service is too long and the service could be better! Other than that, everything in the... menu was splendid!! Would definitely come here again. I love the interior space and how everything was designed. I think the baris the most special place within the restaurant. It?s a great restaurant to come with a significant other. Beautiful upscale restaurant. My daughter brought me here for my birthday. It?s a little hard to find because it?s in side a... plaza area but it?s lit up with beautiful lighting. This isn?t your typical Italian restaurant because it?s better. AuthenticItalian cuisine with mouth watering dishes and a great wine selection. All the pasta is handmade at the restaurant.
