I was pretty excited to check this place out because it always smells so good when in the area. Went in, ordered my food and... then walked back to my car to eat before a meeting. Opened the burger and the order was wrong, and although inconvenient to goback, no major deal. However, when I went back and asked for a replacement reflecting my original order, the guy took theburger, went to the grill and then slid it back to me before walking away. When he walked back my way, I asked him if he wasgiving it back to me for some reason? He stated that it was correct. When I opened the bun to show him, he took it out of myhand and began yelling behind the counter about it while walking away. The fries were already just warm at best, and appearedto be cooked in old grease, so I just told him never mind. He started yelling again and told me I needed to be more patient. Atthat point, I decided to just forfeit the $19 and headed over to Chipotle in order to eat and make it to my meeting on time. Read more
I just started working in Mid-town and wanted to find a quick lunch spot! I'm so glad I found Sam's! The bacon cheeseburger was... amazing and the fries was awesome! I would recommend this place over other burger joints in the area! Read more

Spent the afternoon in Atlanta and ended up here. We wanted burgers for dinner and Sam's were great! Fun atmosphere, music and... vibe. Definitely will be back when we're downtown for the day! Read more
I just left here. Was the only patron. The front door was open and I t is freezing in here. I got my food and asked for it... medium and was well done. It a drop of juice and the freaking bun wasn't toasted. I'm a burger guy and I would neverreturn. Then once I started eating, the manager or whoever had sprayed himself with the most God awful amount of Axe or cologneand I had to get outta there! When you miss out in ish that should be restaurant 101 like having a sandwich place and nottoasting buns and not giving critical temperatures on burgers, and keeping a door open when it's rainy and cold.... for youronly guest... then that tells me something. Ya.... I was hungry and this was total MEH.... AND I WAS CHARGED FOR A HALF POUNDBURGER but those 2 little well done patties are not a half pound. Absolutely loved this place! Had a wonderful burger. I got the 1/4 lb Mushroom, Avocado, Bacon Burger and it was... delightfully. Ambiance was great plenty of tables and there's also plenty of outdoor seating (covid friendly). I'm totallyplanning on going back and you should definitely give this place a shot if you want a classic burger. They've also gotsandwiches too but I haven't tried any yet, but ooh I'm planning too! Came by for dinner one night on my way home. Got the Big Mike Sandwich and a side of fries. The sandwich was delicious. The... staff was great to talk to & helpful. Wasn't too busy in the shop either. I'll definitely be back. If you're dining in, parkingcould be a small bit of a challenge, as you have to find street parking. Read more
