As soon as I walked in, it smelled like chemically processed cafeteria food. The food is ?healthy?, but the meats are that... cubed, fake tasting, preserved stuff. Nothing about it is truly ?fresh? like the reviews say (depending on your definition offresh). The service was nice and the place was clean. Just really wish they grilled their own meats and had more options forhealthier dressings. Even the lettuce and veggies had that chemical taste to them. Really enjoyed my experience at Saladworks. I went after the lunch rush on a Wednesday and was the only customer at the time.... The attendant was super helpful and friendly and took care of me as a first time customer. I went with the Bentley salad and waspleased I could make any adjustments or customizations to the salad. I was also impressed with how HUGE the salad was. It wasreally enough salad for two people. I had to leave a 3 star review because even though the service was great and the saladhuge... the ingredients were not fresh. The turkey was sour and I ended up having to throw the salad away. The turkey on mysalad should not have been served and could have made me sick. Read more
I was browsing DoorDash with a leaning toward a salad based lunch. Came across ?Saladworks?. I had never heard of them before... today, but I like to try new places and thought I?d give it a try. Ordered the Soup & Salad Combo (Mandarin Chicken salad withBroccoli Cheese soup) with wheat roll and chips. Order arrived on time, complete and packaged well for delivery. The saladincluded a tasty mix of ingredients that really worked well together. They tasted fresh and were cut and mixed to where you gota nice blend of flavors in every fork full. The soup was really delicious and hit the spot on a cool Fall day. Wheat roll wasexcellent as well, with that fresh bread chewy thing going on. Chips are, well, chips. Every time that I've actually gone into this restaurant, the food was amazing. It's healthy, convenient, and reasonably priced.... HOWEVER I would NOT suggest using a delivery service such as DoorDash. Both times that I have, I've gotten the complete wrongorder. Read more

Been getting their salad once a week for the last few weeks. Awesome selection, roasted veggies in addition to the 100% fresh ... I looove the broccoli, it is roasted and seasoned. They give you good portions of fixings (some places skimp expecting you toget a large meat- there is no skimping here). Good variety of lettuce options (kale, spinach, spring mix plus others I can?trecall). Definitely recommend them. Read more
