Okay, so I hate to even have to put this out there, but I believe people need to know about the service and how disgusting it... was. What made it disgusting was the fact my friend had a HUGE piece of plastic coming out his mouth from his odom noodles. Heliterally pulled it out of his mouth- no telling where that plastic came from. It could of came from a raw meat package orsomething that was sitting around. This could have made him choked. The server didn’t even call the manager when he seen this.He ran with the plate so no one would see it. He was shocked to see such a big piece of plastic intertwined with the noodles andyet didn’t want to compensate for the negligence that came from Ru Sans. That was the most gross thing I’ve everexperienced, we were all sharing our food. Even though the manager was nice- my friends whole bill should have been taking careof. This was the kitchen’s fault for a horrible experience- not ours. So that was bad Management on her behalf. Had the servershowed you what came from his plate- you would have understood the magnitude of the situation. Second- server was extremelyrude (he never gave us his name) but he is the black man with dreads and glasses. His approach, demeanor, and attitude shouldhave been left at home. He made my party feel super uncomfortable by the lack of knowledge he knew about the menu and how fasthe was rushing us to order. It’s your approach and tone. Please check that! I’m grateful for my YouTube platform. I willdefinitely let people know who tries to go to Ru Sans that this place is VERY UNSANITARY and the service was horrible. Worstservice I’ve had in such a long time. Very embarrassing. No, we did not tip- but I wish he did not even get the gratuity. Itwas not earned or deserved. We were treated bad and will never step foot in this unsanitary establishment. Please vet yourservers before putting them on the floor. What I would like to see is for proper action to happen. Compensate that bill and Read more

My partner and I have been coming to this location for years, and it's been a favorite spot. Things seemed to go down hill after... the pandemic and new management took over, and a few of our visits were subpar and we were so disappointed, because Ru Sans isan Atlanta staple for affordable yet delicious sushi. However, we decided to stop in about a week ago and give it another trybefore we removed it from our list of favs. I'm so glad we did! The place was super clean, they have made some renovations andhad all new tables. They've changed the menu, it's scan menu only, which I was extremely turned off by at first. But, it wasn'tdifficult to do. I was also bummed to see how drastically the menu had changed, a lot of the classics are gone. So again, thismade me hesitant at first. Our waiter was named Michael and he was fantastic! Great humor, very kind, and prompt to take care ofus. He was definitely a big plus during our visit, I hope he will be around a while, so take care of him Ru Sans! We orderedseveral rolls and everything tasted amazing! So much so, we ordered extra. We hope this kind of service and quality continues! Read more

This place is hard to find but offers reliable and reasonably priced sushi with an inventive menu of specialty (deep-fried)... rolls. We stopped here with two little kids after they got haircuts and were disappointed to find they had no kids menu. Their"adult" menu was on mobile only and the interface was glitchy. The sushi, however, was really good. I got a "Firecracker Maki"roll and tuna avocado roll, which were both sizable with plenty of rice. I am typically not a fan of deep fried sushi but theFirecracker roll was done perfectly. Crispy rice on the outside but the fish was unaffected. It also came with some really goodspicy saucy (like cocktail sauce). We ate at 6PM so the place was mostly empty but they had plenty of seating. They also had alarge menu with tons of options. You could eat here for a month and not try everything. I paid about $27 for both rolls, tax andtip - which seems pretty good for Atlanta. Four stars feels about right. Read more

Enjoyed everything. Killed ALL my food. They do add an automatic 18% gratuity for dine in - but that's fine. Will be back.

Haven’t been to Ru Sans in years! So glad I went back. Service was fast and friendly. Started off with the calamari and... steamed stickers. Both phenomenal. Calamari was fresh n crispy, not chewy or tough at all. For entree, we split the ProteinSampler and the salmon tasted like buttaaa. Hot sake to wash it all down. Forgot how good this place is!! I will mention thatthey add a mandatory 18% tip to your order no matter your party size. Just an FYI when signing your bill ;) Read more

They are always cleaning the place. Right before I came in they sanitized the entire floor. I have ordered from this place a few... times in the past week and the food is ready when they say it is. Even with delivery, it a quick time usually. Read more

Go elsewhere. Nice sushi combo plate $25.54 w/hot tea. Then they added some kind of BS 18% "dine in" service fee @$4.60 bringing... the total to $30.14. = Zero tip because they took it already. No notice on door didn't see it on menu...wasn't looking for it somaybe it's there. Who does that? Will NEVER go again. Read more
