This Quiznos is pretty awesome. They have a much better dine in environment than some of the other ones downtown. They are... always fast and accurate with orders. Not to mention the sandwiches are pretty dang good. My favorite is the Baja chicken. Read more
I can see from some of the reviews that I am not the only dissatisfied customer when it comes to this location. DO NOT EAT AT... THIS LOCATION! I experienced such poor customer service at this location that I had to explain my situation to headquarters. Iwas forced to be charged a second time due to whatever issue was going on with their system. Then when I requested the managerto call the owner to rectify the situation she refused. To make matters worse headquarters stated that the owner would respondto my customer response within 48-72 hours. Karen Craft responded all right, she emailed me that my refund for my duplicatetransaction was complete - nothing else nothing more, no apologies, no inquiry of what transpired at HER ESTABLISHMENT, which isquite concerning because that means you do not want to make your location better and do not want to hear feedback from clearly adissatisfied customer. It?s been well over a few weeks and I did not receive any contact from this owner. Unfortunately I wastedmy time and my Quiznos craving at this location. Where I live there is no Quiznos and it?s very unfortunate that this is theservice I received here. I seem to go here a lot for dates with guys I have seen in the past and that's interesting that somehow I end up here a lot. I... like this location because they have an excellent soda fountain selection including pink lemonade refills. Enjoy the Lobster &Seafood Scampi Bake subs here. Customer service has been kind to me and I don't dislike the people there so that's a plus. Read more
I?m presently surprised how good the food was, especially the chicken noodle soup.
