This place is HORRENDOUS. Please avoid it, as no one should ever encounter my experience. I don't know where to start, but I... will outline it below. Ok, here we go: Location - I was aggressively HARASSED upon entering by the people lying aroundoutside. (First RED Flag). Food- I ordered online and went to pick up the order 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The sandwich was not prepared, not even acknowledged in the system by the employee. I asked, and he said no, I didn't makeanything. I had printed out (physically) the order to show and still did not look. I selected to pay at the restaurant whichthe employee exclaimed if you don't pay online, your food does not get made. I asked why that option is on the website if nota viable option. The employee was dismissive, but to his credit, I only saw him for the entire 35-minute wait. When I did getthe food, I ordered an ultimate turkey club toasted it was not toasted, the lettuce was wilted and old, tomato looked gross andslimy. The excessive mayo on it looked like a glob of snot (sorry for being overly descriptive), so much so that the sandwichdid not look edible. I noticed this when I got home and immediately discarded it. Parking - non-existent Time to get food -30+ minutes for a turkey sandwich Oh, did I mention I was cursed out and threatened with violence by one of the transientpeople in the lobby? I was told I would get punched F@#ed up and was told I would get spit on. Luckily, he could tell from myexpression that engaging me would not be in his best interest. Where was the manager, you ask? He told the guy to stop; notleave but stop... Long story short, never visit here. This location should be closed ASAP. Yes, I will send a handwrittenletter to corporate as that is most effective and possibly will be copied to the local news affiliate. YES, IT'S JUST THATBAD... This place has got to be one of the best sub places around. Not only do they accept student discounts but their subs are... amazing. I could tell that the man who was building my sub was rushing a bit, which he shouldn't have since I wasn't thathungry. The bread was nicely baked. There was a good layer of Mesquite Sauce on it which definitely added to the flavor. I willmake this restaurant one of my staple foods. Read more
This is my review of my experience. Others may have better experiences. Purchased a foot long turkey and ranch sandwich meal.... The sandwich had very little turkey and the line worker didn?t even ask if I wanted additional veggies on it. The bread wasthicker than I remember having at Quiznos in NYC and this one was not toasted enough such that the bread was soggy. It was notworth the $13 I paid for it. Read more
The owner of this place is horrible and tow orkers who work here are terrible. My first time visiting Atlanta and we came... downtown. I had to use the restroom really bad. The cashier made me buy something to use the restroom. Ok that?s fine. I askedmy husband to use buy something and I got t the restroom. The guy knew I had to use it really bad and made my husband buysomething first just to get the key. Then the guy proceed to move slow and try to make us order the most expensive drink as Istood there shaking. Such terrible customer service. The food as a brand is good, but this location is not worth it. If the short Hispanic guy is there making sandwiches, expect... rudeness, impatience, and also a sloppy preparation of the sandwich, he just throws the sandwich together and doesn't ask whatyou want on the sandwich. He just looks like he doesn't want to be there and you can feel that when he is handling your food aswell. I just will not be going there anymore due to just him as a worker at that location. I first attended this place a few days ago, and let me tell you, it was incredible, especially since I have never eaten there... before. The food was (and still is) delicious, and the service wasn't bad at all. Just excellent customer service. I highlyrecommend this place for anyone that wants a quick bite on-the-go. Read more
Go in regularly for gyro...sometimes the order is right...sometimes it's wrong. Lunch is fast paced; clerks dont listen and... sandwich order is not right...use patience during lunch hr. Read more
Good food and a good amount of seating. There's not really parking but it's a nice spot if you're already downtown.
