Stopped by yesterday evening around 4:30, there was a new guy(Cody) and a lady(don?t recall her name) working drive thru! All I... can say is HOLD ONTO THEM!!! I come here often due to working in Atlanta and usually the service sucks, orders are wrong andfood isn?t fresh! Yesterday everything was great, I really appreciate her dedication and she?s teaching the guy good customerservice! I sat in line and heard her take orders of several customers before me and each time she displayed great service!Repeated their orders and fixed food as the customer was talking so she knew what they had left before ringing them up vs takingan order and telling the customers they don?t have this and that! So every time you go here they are rude. Out of everything and has attitudes that is way aggressive. Cursing and talk loudly... With each other and don?t even have time to say thanks come again. Simple curtesy. This is the place to go if you want your dayruined, don?t have half the things you want to order . I?m sick of the $3 sides and when you get it?s a ripoff literally, I?venever took time to write a review but this time I have time! Absolutely disgusting. The tenders aren?t juicy, they are skinny with barely any chicken to eat. The biscuit was undercooked.... They forgot my rice and the fries weren?t fresh. I usually go to Chick-fil-A or Zaxby?s and that?s where I wish I went today. Itried calling them too, but they didn?t answer. I won?t be back. The only good thing was my sweet tea. Read more
This was a waste of money and my time today. Ordered a 3 wing combo with red beans and rice and an extra biscuit. One of the 3... chicken wings was completely black under the fried skin (luckily it was exposed so I didn't bite into it). The red beans andrice were thick and tasted like pasty beans, no seasoning. Spent almost 12 dollars for 2 wings, 2 biscuits and a soda.Definitely not going back to this location. If I could post pictures I would!! Read more
