There was an over 20 minute wait in the drive thru to pick up an order placed via the mobile app. The person operating the... speaker was friendly and personable, however the same could not be said for the young lady handing out the food. Unfortunately,she struggled with getting our order correct and when we finally got it, it was incomplete. We didn't complain, but justrequested to receive the missing items. The condition of the building makes the drive thru experience bad, with its brokenspeaker, menu board and the heavy discolored plexiglass that is positioned in a way that the person working the window has toduck underneath to hand out food. I understand that this is a safety measure, but could be engineered in a way that is moreergonomic for the staff. The food was fresh and good, which was easily the highlight of the experience and when it all comesdown to it matters the most. The other things would have made it just better overall. Read more

Just ghetto. First problem was they were out of all seafood. How?re you out of seafood? All seafood though? Next they gave me my... combo order with the fries packet without the fries. When I told them I didn?t have my fries they handed me a new bag with thefries upside down. Lastly, I ordered orange Fanta and got some red flavored soda instead. It?s just like, how could everythingbe so wrong in a simple drive thru order? This can?t be real. Read more

Idk what it was I ate but, OMG! an hour after I ate I had food poisoning side effects, for two days. I stopped going there, the... five piece for 5.99 was the worst I ever had. That day I was in a hurry heading to work to work a double shift. And the meat wastwo toned, but fried. I didn't open the box until I got to work, then I took a bite before looking at it. The one bite, afterswallowing it took me by surprise. I gagged and threw the whole box away. Never again! Read more

The cashier was rude and she had an attitude because her mouth was hurting due to her getting her tongue pierced. The... restaurant was out of a lot of items. The wait time was unbelievable, especially when you had other workers who could haveassisted the cashier with boxing up food. Please understand the food was hot and delicious but customer service is veryimportant. Read more

This was the slowest drive thru ever. More than a half hour wait to place my order. Homeless people kept going from car to... car in the drive thru and repeatedly asking for money. It was the worst experience time wise,and when I Finally did make it tothe window, without a apology for the inconvenience, or just a greeting, the cashier said " We ain't got no condiments ".Thiswas said as she kept swinging and arranging her braids. A hair net or hand sanitizer would have been a good idea. I couldn'teat what I had purchased. I will not go back. Read more

This restaurant is completely trash if I order a large macaroni why would you give me a small mashed potato? Like make it make... sense I promise you when I go back up there I?m gonna slap the manager or whoever for playing with my food! Spending $20 for aincomplete order and I was missing my drink. It was horrible they were very rude and everybody there needs to be fired I order to orders of butterfly shrimp meals n 2 drinks... I payed $17 and some change to get a box full of fries n 4 shrimp a piece. They definitely need to fire everybody there theywould rather pay then work Read more

I stopped at this location to grab a quick bite to eat. There was only 2 cars in front of me so I didn't expect a long wait. I... finally made it to the window and paid for my meal. Only to have to sit there 15 mins at the window before getting my food. Inoticed a big group of employees including managers standing around talking. Not once did anyone come to the window to addressme after taking my payment. It wasn't until I started blowing my horn did a young man finally come over. I asked what the reasonwas for the delay. He said oh we are doing shift change so everyone has to wait. I said why do I need to wait because my paymentwas on the last till. I just need someone to hand me my food. Then he says he cant find my order. So now they are yelling tryingto see if anyone knew what I ordered. Meantime I still never got an apology. Finally got my food and made it home. Only todiscover all my food wasn't there. This was very disappointing. Won't ever go back here. And if you do choose to go here checkyour food before you leave . Read more
