Worst Popeyes EVER! Waited in line for 20mins .. finally ordered just to get the the window and order is almost completely... wrong! Food taste like it had been sitting all day.. it was COLD and overall nasty! Very disappointed! Wanted to send it backbut the inside was closed and the line was too long? here?s just TWO pictures. If there was a negative rating, this location would receive it. I stood and watched in horror as seasoned employee became... annoyed at a new employee trying to fill orders. The store manager asked her to please help him fill the orders. Instead ofgraciously aiding in this task, she proceeds to complain that he does not know what he is doing. Of course, he does not, he isnew. He needs training and a kind spirit to help him fill the orders. We need to remember that we all have to begin somewhereand should never forget the feeling we had when we began in an unfamiliar place. She was veeerrrryyy unprofessional. I waited15 to 2o minutes for my order and it was, incorrect. On top of that, the ice machine was not working and the same said employeebypassed other orders to fill "a friends' order. Hot fresh food. Lack of customer service skills. No napkins...clearly you should not have to request napkins and if so please... don't present an attitude when you have to provide them. There's definitely a way to deliver fast and courteous servicesimultaneously. Read more
First, at 9:20pm on a Saturday, they "dont got nothing but mash potatoes and red beans abd rice, with an attitude". Then, the... chicken leg looks like a chicken wing and i still received just two in my 5pc box. And lastly, why give and send out coupons ifyou can't use them in drive thru. Second time ordering from here. Chicken is always dry, soda machine always dirty, and make sure to break open your biscuit.... Although not at this location ensure that it's cooked, may look fluffy but sometimes it's just not cooked through. Read more
I feel a little bad only giving 4 stars. There was an extraordinarily long wait in the drive-thru and as I was waiting to place... my order, I heard a lady say they were short staffed. I know that's a big problem in fast-food restaurants and I believe theywere doing their best. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, my second attempt to try one. My first time was a differentlocation and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. Thankfully this location gave me a hot, delicious sandwich which I thoroughlyenjoyed. Unfortunately, the French fries were cold. I was not happy about that but it may have had something to do with thembeing short staffed. I'll come back here in the future, but perhaps next time I'll sample a fry before driving away. Read more
I can't speak much about the atmosphere in the dining room because I went through the drive through. I really like this... convenient location. The staff work so hard to fill orders, and the food is super delicious. I always get spicy chicken stripsand red beans and rice. Love this PopEyes. Read more
