If there was a negative rating, this location would receive it. I stood and watched in horror as seasoned employee became... annoyed at a new employee trying to fill orders. The store manager asked her to please help him fill the orders. Instead ofgraciously aiding in this task, she proceeds to complain that he does not know what he is doing. Of course, he does not, he isnew. He needs training and a kind spirit to help him fill the orders. We need to remember that we all have to begin somewhereand should never forget the feeling we had when we began in an unfamiliar place. She was veeerrrryyy unprofessional. I waited15 to 2o minutes for my order and it was, incorrect. On top of that, the ice machine was not working and the same said employeebypassed other orders to fill "a friends' order. I can't speak much about the atmosphere in the dining room because I went through the drive through. I really like this... convenient location.
