The pregnant girl at the window had an attitude. You can?t get mad at me because I clearly said at the speaker to give me an... orange soda. I get to window she talking about we don?t have apple juice yeah I know I said give me orange. Heifer gonna rollher eyes at me like you should?ve been listening. My experience up there is not always great customer service always suck .they need to be retrained no gloves and no face mask... and all these diseases that is still lurking around the corner they are having to much fun up there and not enough work.Training and customers service Training needed ugh. We went to try the new flounder sandwich and we weren't disappointed. I will say it didn't look like the commercial, but the... fish was crispy, moist and filled the whole brioche bun. The tartar sauce and special sauce work well together and gives youfish a bit of kick. I didn't think I'd like the pickles, but it gave a cool crunch factor to the sandwich. Bun was what abrioche bun should be. All in all, one of the better fast-food fish sandwiches I've had. Recommend it. Read more
Everything everyone is saying is completely true, staff is extremely rude and disrespectful, always having attitudes, poor... customer service, they always ?forget? sauces, honey, etc, and I?m not surprised about there being roaches when I found twopieces of hair in my food, so yes I believe the restaurant is disgusting like people have stated and I will not be back. Itlooks like an eyelash hair since its so short but I don?t know. Its still hair regardless. And I know it wasn?t mine because itwas at the BOTTOM of the box under chicken, plus I wasn?t leaning over my food anyway. On top of that the chicken had a tastelike never before. I?ve never had popeyes that tasted that bad but it did not taste good as if it wasn?t fresh or just notcooked right. Great service and order was almost complete but I didn't get my red beans and rice with my order that wasn't put in a separate... bag as we asked it to be. Also please make sure you double check the chicken because sometimes you will have this happen. Read more
I've been to this location twice in the past couple of months. They are always out of something but the chicken I had on my last... visit was absolutely delicious. It was a succulent chicken breast, spicy, fresh out of the grease. The Popeye's on Clevelandmight be out of stuff but what they did have was absolutely delicious. Read more
