I have been this store for many times but it gets worse and worse recently. They recently increased the price of all items,... regardless of their shame snail-like working pace. The food came out slowly (really, very slowly), I was amused occasionallywhen my order was ready within 5 minutes after I entered the hall (super fast ha!), but in most cases I just expect a longqueue. Wait, I will not expect any queue in some days (maybe Friday) after maybe 6:30pm? Because they will lock the entrance andonly accept drive-through~ Enjoy the queue in car instead! Read more

This is not only the best Popeyes in Atlanta but probably the best Popeyes I?ve went to. Popeyes normally has consistency and... quality issues with all the locations I?ve been to. They forget part of the order, or the fries are soggy and stale, or thechicken is bland and cold etc. However this Popeyes consistently makes good quality, hot, and fresh food. The chicken is alwaystasty and crispy and the sides are excellent when I order from this location. Read more

Not only one of the worst Popeyes I've ever been to, but one of the worst fast food restaurants in general. Service is... extremely slow, and much of that is due to the staff being completely aloof and nonchalant about customers. Food is oftenincorrect or soggy and tastes like it's been sitting around for a while. Giving a two star review because one out of every fewvisits I have a good experience, and that's what keeps me coming back. Definitely need better training and new management. Read more

The food was at same Good-level, that I have always enjoyed from POPEYES stores. However, the service at this location, left a... lot to be desired. The workers seemed to be fairly disinterested in trying to help the customers. And, more interested in havingpersonal conversations with each other. Read more

I have to vent: horrible service at the Popeyes chicken there. Woman stopped me from pulling up to the window, then waved me... forward to pay, then asked me to back up from the drive through window, then a little further back, then forward to pick up myorder after a few minutes. (I think all of this was an attempt to defeat the timers that would tell the owner if they wereserving the food fast enough). Then she refused to correct my order since my separate order of fries was put in a pile in thesame box with the other order of chicken and fries. I just let it go because I didn?t need to be eating them anyway. They seemedto have no adult supervision and were used to doing things wrong never getting corrected. We need to stop going there. 1. They held the line purposefully and that I don't respect 2. When asked why they want me to "wait at the yellow cone" and "how... am I going to know to come to the window if I do", they had no answer. Late night crew was not very professional at all. 3.Chicken was decent but far from the best Popeyes I've ever experienced. Add us waiting 20-30 min to get to the intercom andfinding out about the line hold and we were not a happy customers. I likely will take my business elsewhere in the future. Myfamily didn't deserve that. Read more

I think what they did wrong is pretty self explanatory. Common sense is not that common clearly. No Mayo was selected on the app... when I ordered. Pick up my food to have Mayo lathered all over it. Disgusting Read more

I have a mobile order that was placed 20 minutes before I arrived at Popeyes. When I arrived at the restaurant, I went to pick... up area. The staff told me I needed to go wait in line. What is the point of a mobile order? The line is to the door. Superdisappointed. I told her I had a mobile order that was already placed. She said, "we do not have a mobile order." So I went inline. As I waited, I noticed that staff were either not wearing masks or wearing them improperly around all that food. Buttheir sign says that in order to enter restaurant customers must have mask and another sign that employees have to get Covid 19screened before entering work area. It does not look like they care about Covid 19 Guidelines to me. When I got to the front ofthe line, the cashier did not even input anything into the computer or register. She just told the other lady in green shirtthat I was there and then she started making my order. So they basically did not need me to stand in line. I asked why theycould not have just done that in the first place when I arrived. The answer: "Because we only have 2 people in the front." WellI am sorry it is so difficult for one person to turn to the other person and say the mobile order is here. I guess that wasworth me waiting 20 minutes in line for a $5.00 order. After taking after going back through all of that, I got home with thefood and they got the order wrong!???? Read more
