This is the WORST Popeye's. I placed an order for lunch. White meat!!! I have 2 spicy thighs in my box. I asked for red... beans and rice. I received some boxed mashed potatoes. I asked for a large tea and was charged and received a regular tea. Iattempted to call to let them know that I will pick up my correct food when I get off the clock this afternoon. They arepicking up the phone hanging right up. I WANT MY REFUND. I HAVE A BOX FULL OF STUFF THAT I DID NOT ORDER. Read more

I wish I could post a picture of my sandwich. It's so unacceptable it's laughable. The fact that anyone would look at this... sandwich and think it's okay makes me truly wonder about the mental capabilities of the employees. The prices are incorrect onthe sign as well. The cashier was very friendly but that is the only positive. Read more

I would love to thank Ms. LuLu, she is the best!! Every time I come to this location, she is so welcoming and friendly. The... lobby is clean and stocked. She is the definition of FAST and efficient. Horrible customer service! We placed an order through the Popeye's App and paid on the app for our order. We then proceeded to... the drive thru and was told to pull up to the door and wait as our order was not ready. 20 minutes later (after severalvehicles behind us received their order and pulled around us) we went inside to inquiry as to the status of our order and wastold that they had not received our payment! I showed the Manager the receipt I received from Popeye's for the order and wastold that there was nothing she could do because she did not get a copy of the receipt I was showing her on my phone, and Iwould have to take up my issue with the APP OWNER! After several very rude exchanges with this Manager, an employee finallyproduced the receipt. Needless to say the Manager did not apologize nor offer any explanation for the obvious miscommunication. I reported this store to the corporate office and was issued an immediate refund for my order. Don't waste your time with aapparently "ghetto mentality" ran store! The whole staff especially the management needs to be retrained in customer serviceprotocol. Read more

Terrible, first I asked did they have cheesecake, her response was so dry. No she replied. Attitude was off the chain. If I... didn?t have a house full of teenagers to feed I would have never order. Mind you I had to wait 40 mins for my order which Ireceived 10 mins before closing.I ordered a 16 piece meal and additional 8 piece , and when I got home I was missing 3 pieces ofchicken, and biscuits was hard as hell.
