I love Popeyes, but after travelling for 24 hours and grabbing food between flights, I was sad to find that they gave me the... wrong food. I ordered spicy tenders and mac & cheese. Welp, I can't say that it's always the workers fault when situations go left. Sometimes the customers are wrong, and I'm... speaking about myself. The way you approach a person determines the outcome, negative or positive. I accused an employee ingetting my order wrong and I had no evidence of such because they only took my order. When I think about it I feel reallysilly arguing over some fried chicken that does nothing but clog your arteries. Read more

Always soo rude, all of those employees there are absolutely rude. They boss customers around and have the biggest attitude. Love Popeyes but I was frustrated with my experience at this location at the Atlanta airport in concourse B with a worker. I... requested for more honey sauce after getting my food and the lady told me to go back to the line to ask the cashier. I found itvery rude and inconsiderate since the sauce packets were right behind her & I obviously didn?t have time to wait in line againsince I had a flight to make afterwards. Overall, the food was good and we did get our food quicker which was appreciated butplease enforce a better customer service. Read more

Pretty busy place, but they do a good job of getting customers through even with all of the COVID protocols. I didn't realize... they served breakfast because it wasn't on the menu. I overheard someone else order an egg and chicken biscuit. Read more
