Literally this place is entirely unprofessional. I had a pick up that I placed 15 minutes before arriving to the store. Once I... got there the worker that was standing outside smoking said she didn?t know if I could go inside. Waited almost 40 minutes in the drive thru just to be told they are out of chicken lol. This is common behavior from businesses... in the Westend. If you want decent service and fresh food, do not go here. Read more
Normally my experience here is ok besides the wait in the drive thru. But this instance wasn't good. I sat at the box waiting to... order for a while. Then when I finally made it to the window to pay I had to go park. Didn't get any drinks or anything. Sat inthe parking lot almost long enough to get irritated then the supervisor comes up. Then she informs me that they don't have whatI ordered in the building. How is that even possible? So I had to settle for something else because I was starving. She alsoasked if anyone else came to my car. I told her no. She said I told the cashier to come get you but he told me that you left. Ifigured after the money that you spent you didn't leave. For a greasy lunch, the food was light. The nuggets were crunchy and good. The spicy chicken sandwich wasjuicy and spiced right... (winner of the Chicken Wars?). Fries were solid. The restaurant was inexplicably out of iced tea, Dr. Pepper, and apple pies ona Sunday afternoon. Read more

This store is offering a limited menu and some of the dishes are underwhelming. This is a management issue. The staffers... themselves were fantastic and handled themselves professionally. My work crew came in swamping the store with 12 people at once.They handled the orders competently and swiftly. This crew is the greatest. I love Popeyes chicken. I visited my local Popeyes Louisana Kitchen #2113 on Cascade Rd yesterday Apr. 1, 2022. Had not been... there in several months due to previous issues with food but decided to try again. I did not expect, even though it was AprilFool's, to get "fooled". I was wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and a 2-piece dark spicy snack. Paid for my food atthe register. Noticed I was charged $4.49 for the sandwich advertised for $3.99 (see photos). Ask for manager after cashierignored my concern. She pretended she had no idea what I was talking about. I would gladly have accepted an "I'm sorry, the signis old. We will remove it now." I took the picture to remind Popeyes that that false advertising is a crime. My chicken sandwichwas good, however, to add insult to injury, when I got home my chicken order was wrong. Instead of a 2-piece dark I was given2-piece mixed, the food was cold and tasteless. This is not the first or second time II have experienced issues with thislocation. I just want quality food and service in my neighborhood. ???? Popeyes should really look into this location, as theydon't represent the Popeyes brand. Read more
