I ordered the grilled chicken teriyaki and island veggies and I?m 99% sure they went to the chinese food store next to them in... the food court and filled the boxes and sold it to me because it was nothing like what they sell in their midtown location. Read more
Horrible experience today. I was behind a guy socializing with the cashier. They continued to talk while I was waiting to... order lunch. He walks to the other end of the counter and she follows never once acknowledging me or offering to take my order. I left probably never to return. I came three days ago I just forgot to post. you guys food is so good I?m from Houston so we don?t have ponko down there and... when I tell you I fell in love with you guys. Down to the customer service?? I didn?t know what to get and they guided me towhat I should get. I like that they could tell I was in a rush and made sure to let me know they cook to order. Got a chicken sandwich meal and a taco on the side. The chicken was sooo big (took a bite before I took a picture cause it... looked and smelled so good, oops) and the fries were nice and crispy and there were so many of them.
