As soon as my friend and I walked in and greeted the lady at the front, she turned and rolled her eyes to the lady behind her. I... just stood there for a second trying to figure out her purpose in doing that. We all just kind of looked at each other for acouple of seconds and eventually I just walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Energy was all bad. My falcons lost a game to the saints of all teams so to put me in a good mood I decided to pull up and get a bowl. I arrived at... 5:05p.m. and was told by the cashier that they are closed. I was in your store located at krog district on the belt line today. I come here often because I work close by. I was absolutely... appalled today with my service at this location. I ordered a cold brew smoothie not realizing that the protein you use, is wheyprotein. I can?t have whey protein and It isn?t specified on the menu what kind of protein is used. Once I realized, the drinkhad already been made. They told me if I wanted a new one that they would have to charge me for a new one! NOT FAIR! It shouldbe specified on the menu so accidents like this don?t happen. Especially if the store is busy and ppl are behind you and theemployees look at you like ?hurry up?! I left without a drink, embarrassed, and unhappy! Also paid almost 10 dollars for a 16 oz drink I didn?t receive. You?re welcome! I?m not expecting money back or a discount for the future. This is somewhat a late review but I have a great experience each time. My visit was on a rainy Sunday. Each employee was very... attentive and accommodating. So so so so so so so good! Haven?t found a better spot for açaí bowls YET. I got the Nutella bowl minus the coconut flakes.
