I?ve been to this location 3 separate times and each time the sign on the door is lit up saying it?s open and online says it?s... open but I get there and the lights are off and the doors are locked. This is the only location near me and I enjoy thesmoothies but really does anyone work here? Why aren?t you open when you?re supposed to be open?? Without any note saying ?we?llbe back? or anything?? Staff was amazing! Smoothie were very fresh and delicious. Only downside is the horrible sewer smell.
Candace is very sweet and her customer service is incredible. She also can make a MEAN smoothie! I will definitely be back to... this location just for her skills. It's rare to find people who enjoy taking care of others at their job. Candace needspraise!!! The smoothies are great and the staff is cool. But they don?t accept the planet Smoothie gift cards which sucks. Quite a few... people bought me the gift cards for my birthday. Now I have to go out the way to another planet smoothie just to use the giftcard. They need to change their policy on that. Sadly, I was going every week but when this happened I now no longer go. The smoothie I ordered was good along with the peanut butter and honey wrap. It comes with bananas but I didn't get any due to... an allergy. The restaurant is clean and The service was great. There's plenty of free parking and I didn't have to wait longbefore being serviced. They were out of reg size cups so I was given two little kids cups. No worries. I was ok with it. I wasable to give one to a friend. Looking for a great smoothie and a quick bite check out the tropical smoothie. Read more
Best service!!! I came in a few days ago from out of town, I needed a refreshing smoothie from the long flight as I waited on my... hotel to be ready a few miles away. I believe the gals name is Loreal, and she was very helpful and kind as well as patient inhelping me choose a smoothie. She recommended something that was tasteful and refreshing! However, im more persuaded by thecustomer service experience than the smoothie, to come back another time. Excellent staff! Read more
