They steal. I placed a order online paid for it and was headed to pick it up. It was a accident on the highway which held me up... and I wouldn't make it by the time they closed so I called to cancel order. I was told they couldn't cancel order because Ialready paid and they couldn't give me my money back. Which all this is a lie I worked at pizza hut on s cobb dr for 7yrs. Ordered pizza in store. Staff was courteous. Food was ready in a timely manner. Pizza was very good.
We placed an order through Uber eats and they gave it to the wrong driver. Now we have been waiting over 2 hours for our order... to be delivered, and of course no one will answer the phone. Read more
Worst experience ever! I pulled up 25 mins after I input my order on the app. The door was locked. The lights were on inside,... but the screens, ovens, etc were all turned off. In the time that I was outside waiting for someone to answer the phone, fiveother people pulled up to pick up their orders. Someone finally came from a back room to tell us that they were closed. That?sit. 20 mins later I went to the door & knocked again to ask about a refund. I was told that the server was down & to try againin the morning. I came back the next morning after being hung up on SEVERAL times and talked to rudely by the day shift lead andwas given the runaround. I still didn?t receive my pizza nor refund. I eat pizza more than a ninja turtle & order from Pizza Hutno matter what city I?m in & this was the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at one. Do NOT order from this location. Read more
I'm enrolling in to Georgia Tech just so I can come to this Pizza Hut in particular. Always on point and served hot. And if the... do get it wrong they take the time to remake it priority and correctly. The staff are always friendly even after being in anoven all day. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that I have visited this location and the same guy was working by himself on a Saturday night!... But let me tell you, he handles it well! From taking orders, making the pizza, taking payments, and filling delivery orders. Ididn?t get his name but he definitely deserves a raise! My pizza was hot and fresh and I maybe waited about 10 minutes once Iarrived but I?m not complaining. He was doing his best! He?s also very courteous. Get him some help!! Read more
