Manager is so rude and hung up over the phone during our conversation when I was trying to give her the directions for driver... and ask about my refund that I never got it from my last order for an item that I didn?t receive. I am a business owner and nomatter what happen in business customer always should be treated with care and respect. Put 1 star but I wanna give a zero. Read more

Inital staff was not pleasant but who ranged me up made up for it. I rated this as both of my pizza was made incorrectly. How... could you mess up on a order that you started to prepare once I got there. You asked me what was my order and you STILL got itwrong. I did this on the app... So there was two chances on you getting it right for a simple order. The reason I did not comeback as the inital staff boldly stated, "I AM NOT DOING ANYMORE ORDERS, IM SHUTTING THIS DOWN!". Always phenomenal service at this location. I come at least once a week to treat my kids. My food is always ready in 15 minutes... or less and the workers are super friendly, especially the guy with all the cool piercings. Read more

How are the people at this location getting hired? They?re standoffish to all customers, having loud inappropriate... conversations, and couldn?t care less about doing anything right. We wanted garlic parm sauce with half cheese and halfbacon/pineapple. Instead we got marinara sauce with ham/bacon/pineapple on the whole thing, and they cut the pizza sodisproportionately it was laughable. Also did not received sauce for the cheese sticks or icing dip for the cinn sticks. Read more

Honestly, this pizza place was great a few months ago when I first moved into the area. Now!!!!! You better hope your pizza... isn?t out for delivery on accident. When you?re there for curbside carry out. It?s happened now 3 times where I?ve arrived for acontactless checkout. Then of course you have to wait for your pizza to be now be made from scratch. Last time I went about aweek ago. I watch the guy working answer my call and tell me ?Pizza Hut please hold? over 6 times. Which we just TALKED TOCOWORKERS. If was very frustrating and I couldn?t believe it. I have a low autoimmune system and I avoid please at all cost ifpossible. Not being able to feel comfortable to come inside caused me to sadly wait over 60 min. Of course my pizza left out fordelivery when it was a carry out and they had to make my pizza over. All could?ve been communicated if the man would let me geta word in versus constantly telling me ?Pizza Hut please wait? Read more

This is the second time that I ordered a pizza from here for delivery.(2 personal pans ). They took over an hour for their... scheduled delivery time . The first time I actually had to go pick up the pizza myself from the store . This time I justcanceled the order because I didn?t have time to pick up my order. I tried to get a refund the man on the phone refused to giveme a refund stating that he doesn?t have time right now because he is the only person in the store to call back later etc . Hewas very rude . He is the main reason why I canceled my order in the first place because when I called to check the status of myorder he was very rude and stated that they only had one driver etc.. Pizza never arrived. I ordered the pizza at 5:30pm. I then at 6:45pm called to follow up on my order and was told they did not... have the my full phone number for me so the order was returned to the store. I verified my correct number and was told the orderwould be sent back out. I then waited until 7:29pm and was told the pizza was just leaving the store. At 8:25pm the pizza stilldid not arrive and I was told the order took so wrong because they tried contacting me on the original order and I neveranswered. How could I never answer if I was originally told they did not have my full number? Finally after an argument with thestore the order was cancelled. Worst customer service ever!!! Read more

I never got my Pizza. We waited 3 hours and it never came. I called the store and they claimed that the order was delivered... but I never got it. I had a hungry 2 year old that was patiently waiting on his food. This type of service is unacceptable andboarders on criminal. I asked for a full refund and they claimed that it was processed but it was going to take 3 to 5 days toprocess. I am out $50. If this is the type of service this store is going to give you should just close it. Pandemic or nottheir is no excuse. Read more
