Wanted a smoothie. Between both the employees there, apparently they could not or would not make me a smoothie. They do both ice... cream and smoothies. But today they won't do a smoothie. Really quick and kind service. Also a really good smoothie. A little pricey, but we're in an airport so most things are.
Waiting to board a flight, stopped by. Nobody was there. Until a young lady came out of the back and simple said. We?re closed,... before I could ask what time they open she was already in the back. This is at approximately at 1:40pm waiting for the nextyoung lady to come into the back waited 10 minutes then the second employee came to clock in and I asked politely what time theyopen and she said 2pm. Very rude. Not the type of employees you need to help your business. Whoever owns this location needssome notice of the level of unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for client. Two girls one with long red hair and the other with black and blonde+black breaded hair, on their phone talking with their... earphones. We arrived at 7:15pm on Thursday and she already shut down the yogurt machines. She said they only have smoothies,very rude and giving us her back while talking. Read more
I'm at the airport in Terminal A and I decided to treat myself. The machine was down. Ok. I had an extended delay waiting for my... next flight. So I went back after an hour and it was working again. Same delicious Pinkberry quality. The fruit toppings arefresh and sweet. The service was a bit surly. No fudge syrup options. Ok. They kept all of the toppings covered and the signwith the flavors was blocked. So if you've never been to a Pinkberry, this could be a bit confusing since the employee just askswhat toppings you want without any way to see what the toppings are. It's an airport pinkberry so the selection isn't like a normal pinkberry store. Options are limited to 2 flavors but that is... expected from an airport store. They have plenty of options for toppings. The store is located in terminal A and isn't too badof a walk from the tram. If you have time I would definitely try this place out. Read more
CHEATED ME OUT OF MY MONEY/YOGURT! I asked for a medium frozen yogurt and the girl filled it so that it was hollow on the... inside. Pretty much gave me the equivalent to a small. That's just so low and RUDE! They don't do it based on weight, they justhave a set price and they serve you. Also they shouldn't advertise flavors if they don't have them. Very disappointed. Monday at 4:25 (gate A7 Delta)while waiting for a flight I stopped to get a smoothie. There were two girls working out front... and chatting with a friend standing on the other side of the counter. When I approached the counter, they sighed and rolledtheir eyes at me when I tried to order a smoothie. I then asked if there was a problem and they stated they close at 6 (in 1hr35 min).
