This truck stop is dirty and so is the water. You can't wash you hands or face or shower or do laundry. They have a sign up... saying do not wash your face. I turned the water on it comes out dark gray. I don't understand why this truck stop is even open.It needs to be closed down. The only good thing about it is the location. Oh and the fuel lines are so long. You'll be waitingat least an hour to fuel. Its also very hard to park bc of it. Management needs to address the issues. Read more
Literally the worst Pilot ever. Cops are on their 2nd incident since I arrived. They haven't left from the first one. I have... been circling for an hour and a half because there is no parking. That isn't the issue. Pumps are broken. Lot is filthy. I haveseen so many so much cleaner. I need something to eat but I think I will see what is left in my truck. Read more
This place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs unless you want to have an accident. Forget about fueling in a timely manner. The... pumps are backed out on the street and it?s next to impossible to have other drivers give you a chance to get backed in to aspot. They?re constantly honking at each other all day long. I would give 0 stars if i could. I normally have low expectations when it comes to public places but this truck stop takes the... win? The women bathroom are so disgusting i would prefer to pee in the bushes. The fuel lines are so dirty i almost felt acouple of times putting fuel. ?At other locations i have being they wash to clean it.? The parking lot is so dirty and they havea lot of cars coming in the parking lot and getting into the trucks that are there. (Very suspicious) and to be frankly i didn?teven feel safe as a woman walked alone there. The showers could use some love, the one that i was at the toilet paper holder wasalmost on the ground i was even afraid on braking it more and the shower was a dirty. But what takes the cake was that we spendover a thousand dollars in diesel and we gain the availability to get a nice relaxing shower, but when you get to your showerdoor there is a kid cleaning the shower asking for tip for cleaning them.. i dont know this is the worst pilot i have being.. Very dirty truck stop woman's bathroom is disgusting and no soap my bf said the men's is as bad. To scared to ask for a shower... after seeing the bathrooms. To be frank this can hardly be considered a truck stop this is just a rather busy gas station with very little truck parking... they have trucks parked along the road and in neighboring parking lots. Also nobody comes here to pump gas every single one ofthese gas pumps is being blocked by a vehicle and none of them are pumping gas and there's nobody telling them to move. Don'tcome here at night on the weekends. Expecting to get some gas. Read more

This by far has to be the most rudest, filthiest Pilot I have ever been to! The customer service at Pilot and Wendy's is beyond... terrible and very unprofessional. The parking is a joke as well. Only thing that's satisfactory is the Security Guard, at leastthey greet you with a smile! It's sad this PILOT STORE 331 still exist! Read more
