Reviews for Piece of Cake Inc. in Atlanta, GA
I was very disappointed in the Key Lime cake I purchased for my best friend's celebration. Most of the guests stated the cake... was dry. I could taste very little flavor in the icing and the cake. I should have known when I was instructed by the clerk to"not put in the refrigerator. "???? Read more

I ordered here for Thanksgiving, the pick up process was a breeze. However the next day when we served the cake I received a lot... of frowns. The cake was stale and dry. Not what we?re used to. I called this location who routed their calls to a call center. Iwaited on hold for 4 hours to have my call disconnected. I do not recommend this location for big holidays. Read more
I am visiting the Atlanta area and my friend who I am staying with purchased me some cupcakes from POC as a birthday gift. I... wanted to love these cupcake but was very disappointed. The cake is very dry. I am not really sure why that was the case as myfriend said that they were fresh. But I could not eat the rest of them. I do hope that they can figure out a solution to thecake being so dry as the concept of the business is great. Read more
The cupcakes were delicious for my party! I will say ordering online is far easier than trying to call in (Bakers are busy... people). If you have serious questions, just go in person. They are friendly and always helpful when I visit, plus samplesgalore. Read more

Hello everyone thinking about purchasing from this location. Read this first! My family ordered a Strawberry 9 inch cake for... my Dad's birthday. We were excited to give our out-of-town family a piece of strawberry cake from Piece of Cake. It wasn't untilthe whole room feel silent that we realized what had happened. The cake was horrible! I'm not sure what happened, but it tastelike someone dumped a handful of salt in the cake. My mom was embarrassed and a member of our family threw up. We came to theconclusion it was an extreme amount of baking soda. Everyone gave their slice of cake back, and we boxed up it up to deliver tothe location twe ordered from. The next day I arrived with the cake and a note written on the box from my mom. I explained tothe young lady at the desk what happened and she looked at her manager without a care. Her manager, Deonte (tall light skinnedAfrican American male with green eyes) asked If I had a receipt in an annoyed and nonchalant way, and huffed and puffed while hefailed at attempting to find my order. The worst part of about this experience is not even the cake and the embarrassment wefelt after our family ate it, but the lack of empathy or care I received when I arrived to return the cake. To the owner ofPiece of Cake - what you have created is amazing but I would suggest hiring employees who care about your customers and theintegrity of your product. This location will not last long. In the end I still have to call IT customer service to get arefund, because Deonte said I did not pay for the cake with the card I gave him. Although I have a charge of a salty dry cakefrom Piece of Cake on my bank statement. From, A Disappointed Customer Read more
