We went for dinner last night. My girlfriend ordered the black and plantain burger with fries. When we opened it there was no... plantain and literally 3 fries. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was plain and the pork in it tasted like the cheap bbq pork youget out of a 5 gal bucket. There are way better places in the area. Read more

Five Stars for the Papi's on Ponce. Be wary about the one in Krog. The value is just not there... 5.99 for "Tostones" and I... literally got 5. They were also cut in half to make a piece so in reality I got 2.5 slices of plantain for 6 dollars. I feltripped off. They also tried to charge me for the sauce to dip the tostones in. PAPI, HAVE A WORD WITH THE FOLKS AT KROG! Read more

So this is supposed to be the pollo vaca frita... doesn't look or taste anything like the ponce location which I've never had a... problem or complaint about the food there, but the krog street location is definitely not it. Seems like they are trying to dotheir own thing which is a big mistake cause it tasted terrible. Please stick to the way its supposed to be made. Definitelywon't be coming back or recommending this location to anyone. Read more

Great lunch spot, and everything we love about Papi?s but in lunch form! I got the shrimp boat today, and it was excellent, and... a great value for the price. You place the order on a tablet (that had lots of picture examples, which did help), and then theytold me it would only be ~5m wait. It was easy and fast, and I will absolutely be back. Read more
