This papa John?s is terrible! I ordered a pizza ?. Waited the time the app told me, got confirmation it was delivered ? no pizza... ! I called they told me it was an error it was coming ?. i called 30mins later still no pizza?. The person on the phone wasrude, he wouldn?t give his name, he refused to give me a refund, after a 2 hour ordeal trying to get a pizza and then having toreport fraud to Amex?. I had to order dominos, order dominos first ?. You?ll actually get your food! Unfortunately this is thesecond time I?ve had a problem with this papa John?s ?. They have terrible customer service! I came in to the Corbin,Ky. Papa John?s a few days ago, upon waiting for my order a man in a red looked like a ball players... shirt answered the phone. He seemed to be aggravated at a lady wanting to order. He rolled his eyes he took the phone from hisear and after a few seconds responded back to the caller. He had a hateful tone. And I think if he hates his job that bad why doit. Places hiring every day. He walked like he didn?t want to be there.Bad as it was I spend money too and if I were thereciprocator I wouldn?t go back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Yesterday I order a large pie and received a notification that my order was delivered. went outside... the pizza was no where to found nor the driver. I called the store numerous of times and as I expected no answer just a longrepeated voice recording. Went to the store and at first the said they didn?t receive my order then all of a sudden the foundthe pizza. Didn?t offer to remake the pizza. Just took my money and didn?t even call me to tell me that the deliver driveractually dropped my pizza went back to the store with the pizza and clicked delivered. This store is unprofessional & careless.Will never order here again. They need a whole new staff. Read more

This experience was not so great. The young lady getting my food dropped one of my pizzas. She did mange to save the second one... fromm hitting the floor. The pizza did come out of the boxes. She picked it up and gave them like it was all good. She said"they ok, you can look at them" I figures they were fine because ahe gave them to me. I was surprised that was the option givento me. She did ask me if I still wanted them or if I wanted them to remake them. She didn't apologize until I showed her the onethat hit the floor and pointed out to her that if this was delivered it would be unacceptable. She just said. I am sorry. Hope For Humanity is here. At first I was a bit apprehensive about ordering papa John's due to the remarks of the founder that... were leaked, but then I saw that they had Shaq in their number. A businessman of color, so I decided to go ahead and order. Iwas out in my Uber car driving and ordered a large pizza. As I was going to pick it up I realized I had forgotten my wallet athome. I didn't have any cash or anything to pay with on hand. I called to ask about the digital payments, but didn't have applepay. Since I was already at the store by this point. One of the staff here named Crystal told me that it was ok and she'd takecare of it. She was even kind on the phone when I'd placed the order. I was visiting Atlanta for work and was staying at a hotel downtown. It was late and almost everything was closed, so I ordered... delivery from Papa John?s on their website. I received a text message saying that their partner DoorDash was going to deliver mypizza. I checked the Papa Tracker site and it said my food was delivered. I never received my food and I tried calling thestore, but was out on hold many times. I tried calling the next day and was put on hold for an hour. I went on their website tofile a complaint and received an email to reach out to the store for a free Large pizza. I don?t live in that state andeverytime I call the store I automatically get put on hold forever. I just want my money back. Read more
