I've ordered here a dozen times, and they've messed up the order 1/3rd of the time. I ask for extra sauce and extra cook time.... You leave out that sauce it turn to dry cardboard. You remove the extra cook time, then it's slightly under cooked. This is mygo to order. I have been doing this same order for a decade at nearly a dozen locations north of Atlanta. I have never had alocation successfully mess up this often. Read more
The food is always so good but the delivery times are horrible. There's a much older man who always delivers the pizzas and it... takes him forever. He sits in his car for like over 5 min every time after arriving supper late as usual. The manger is reallynice and understanding. Read more
I ordered a pizza and it was never delivered. I called the store and Mr. Wallace explained how DoorDash is now used to help... with deliveries. He went into detail and let me know that although it is helpful, it is not the smoothest system. He assuredme that my pizza would be remade and he would make sure that it was delivered ASAP. He delivered on this promise and I amdefinitely appreciative. Read more
An absolute disaster of an experience. Despite placing a large pizza order days in advance of an event- giving this location... plenty of time to anticipate the large order? AND paying fully in advance?. This Chastain Square location was 1 hour late in thedelivery of the order. In addition- the manager instead of apologizing- offered to not fill the order and offer a refund. I?llbe taking my business elsewhere. Read more
I?ve given them so many chances?.and they never fail to disappoint. This is our assigned store for delivery. Last week we had a... delivery driver who refused to do contactless delivery, bc he didn?t want to get out of his car. We live in a very nice highrise building in Buckhead. I gave specific directions, as always, for delivery. Pull into parking garage, go to leasing officeentrance, and there is a 24/7 concierge. The driver refused to get out bc he said he didn?t want to get ?booted?. So, eventhough that was not even a possibility if he had parked in a delivery / pickup spot RIGHT BY THE DOOR I TOLD HIM TO GO TO?..herefused. We finally got our pizza. It was cold as cold gets. So, this evening a week later, I gave them yet another chance. Notonly did they forget the extra garlic sauce, THAT I PAID FOR , the driver still couldn?t follow simple directions. I have hadevery kind of delivery imaginable to my apartment here. Papa Johns is the only one who has drivers that can?t follow simpleinstructions. So, after myself and my fiancé searched the parking garage 1st floor and outside the building, 20 min later wehad our COLD pizza missing items we paid for. I have been ordering from this place for a while now. I ask for extra garlic sauce( simple as that) and I call to request it... each time as well!!! But for the third time tonight they have been disappointing! Honestly I don?t think they care. But it?sfine! As much as I love their pizza I will find another spot that cares about their customers! Oct. 21, 2022 | 9 p.m.: I enter this Papa John's at 4285 Roswell Road, Atlanta, and an employee persists with berating another... employee. Despite the presence of the customer (me), the berating continues. Even after I explained its wrongness, the beratingcontinues. The employee being berated by his co-worker is humiliated in front of me and in front of his co-workers. Thisdestroys the employee and the atmosphere. Note: Kindly correct and train employees, in privacy, in a way that dignifies them.Never berate them, especially it front of other people. While the good treatment of people outweighs any good food, the fooddoes deserve recognition. Generally, Papa John's pizza is excellent. And I appreciate the informative box copy and graphics.
