I placed an order through uber eats bc they are the only way to have delivered. I accidently ordered the wrong pizza ( not too... much different just forgot to add the peppwroni) of course i couldnt cancel bc uber still charges u so i called them to try topay for them to add peppwroni and they refused! i worked in and managed restuarants its wouldnt and shouldnt have been a bigdeal. The customer service here is horrible! We missed the call for the delivery and thought ?ok dang, we will pick it up? but they... hung up in our face. As a result, we called back to just cancel it because God knows what the pizza had been through and whomade it at that point. They hung up on our face again. Ultimately, we should have never bought pizza from Papa John?s in thefirst place. There are way better places to get pizza at this price point. Lesson learned. Read more

After calling them due to an incorrect charge on my card, they refused to acknowledge or refund me. Corporate did nothing also.... Do not order food from this location. They will steal from you by telling you one price and charging your card another. Read more
